In case sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 21 days before the tour departure. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified by Pcs Tur. ***In cases where the tour program provides only category information without specifying names and/or offers options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by Pcs Tur 48 hours before the tour departure. ***During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such cases, information will be provided by Pcs Tur 15 days prior to the tour departure date. ***Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability; in these rooms, the bed assigned to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable or known as coach beds, tour participants (third persons and/or children) are deemed to have accepted any potential crowding in the room and the type of bed. Child discounts apply only to one child per age group staying with two adults. ***Breakfasts included in the tour package are served according to the local country's breakfast culture, typically as a limited continental menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated for the group. ***Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction to cities, conducted from the vehicle with a guide's commentary, and do not include entry to museums or historical sites. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, may not take place if local authorities do not permit visiting or entering on the scheduled day and time, due to closures caused by events, road closures, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible. In such cases, Pcs Tur is not liable for the inability to conduct these tours. Some tours may be carried out via public transport or on foot, depending on available facilities, at points where vehicle access is restricted or roads are closed. ***Optional excursions are organized by our local partner Pcs Tur with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not met, excursions may not take place, or optional excursion prices, content, and vehicles used may vary based on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of tours may be changed by the guide depending on the opening/closing status of museums and historical sites at the destinations and weather conditions. ***Optional excursions are voluntary and not mandatory. Passengers who choose not to participate in optional excursions organized during the tour are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest facility along the route. During our canal tour, we will admire the canals and bridges of Amsterdam, known as the "Venice of the North," followed by a visit to a world-famous diamond factory. You won't be able to get enough of your time spent in the harbor area of Volendam, an old fishing village that inspired the song "Those who want to see the true beauty of the Netherlands must go to Volendam." On our visit to Marken, you can observe how fishermen live in their charming small houses and also have the opportunity to buy souvenirs at low prices.
