Istanbul – Pristina – Prizren – Tirana
We meet our valued guests at the airport 3 hours before departure. We depart for Pristina on a scheduled flight operated by AJet Airlines. Upon arrival, we leave the airport and begin our Pristina city tour. During our panoramic city tour of this beautiful city, whose history dates back 15 centuries, we will visit places including the 19th-century Clock Tower, the Kosovo Museum, the Fatih Sultan Mehmed Complex built by the Ottomans in the 15th century, the Yaşar Pasha Mosque, and the Tomb of Sultan Murad I, the Ottoman sultan who was killed here as a result of the 1389 Battle of Kosovo.
Guests who wish may join the Prizren Tour, arranged as an extra by our guide. (40 Euro) After our excursion, we continue to Prizren, another important center of Kosovo with many works from the Ottoman era, where during our city tour we will see the Halveti Tekke, Gazi Mehmet Pasha Hammam, Ottoman Cemetery, the Sinan Pasha Mosque, one of the finest examples of period architecture, the Serbian Quarter where the devastating effects of the war can still be seen, and the City Castle dating back to the Roman period.
After our tour, we proceed to Tirana. Upon arrival, we begin our panoramic Tirana city tour. During the tour, we will see Skanderbeg Square, Ethem Bey Mosque, the Clock Tower, the Opera House, and the Parliament and Ministry buildings. After the city tour, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel in Tirana.
Tirana–Ohrid
After breakfast at our hotel, we depart for Ohrid. Upon arrival, we begin our Ohrid city tour. During this tour, the places we will see panoramically include St. Panteleimon, the most important church of the Byzantine period in Ohrid; St. Sophia Church, which is still used for concerts today; the Ancient Theatre from the Roman period; Tsar Samuel’s Fortress; St. Bogorodica Perivlerta Church; 4th-century churches; Keşanlı Imareti; Kuloğlu and Emin Mahmut Mosques; Çınar Square; and the Ohrid Halveti Tekke. After the tour, guests who wish may join the Sv. Naum Tour, which will be organized as an extra by our guide. (30 Euro) Then we will have free time. Guests who wish may join the Ohrid Boat Tour, which will be organized as an extra by our guide. (30 Euro) In the evening, guests who wish may join the Macedonian Night Tour with dinner and music, organized as an extra by our guide. (50 Euro) Overnight at our hotel in Ohrid.
Ohrid – Skopje – Istanbul
After breakfast at the hotel in the morning, we depart for Skopje. Upon arrival, during our city tour we will see the Old Bazaar, which has been the center of the city’s commercial activity throughout history and remains important today with its stone streets and historic buildings, as well as the Vardar River, the Fortress, the 6th-century Stone Bridge, the Turkish and Jewish Quarters, the Davut Pasha Bath Complex, Mustafa Pasha Mosque, Sultan Murat Mosque, Isa Bey Mosque, the Double Bath, Suli Han, Kapan Han, Kurshumli Han, the Clock Tower, Macedonia Square, the old and new train stations, the government building, parliament, the 17th-century St. Spas Church, a viewpoint where you can enjoy panoramic views of Skopje, the Mother Teresa Monument, and Mother Teresa’s House. After our city tour, guests who wish may join the Matka Canyon Tour organized as an extra by our guide. (30 Euro) After free time, we head to the airport. We depart for Istanbul on a scheduled flight operated by Ajet Airlines. Arrival in Istanbul and end of our tour.
