NOTES

***Our tour program is operated with a minimum participation requirement of 40 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notification date is 21 days before the tour departure. Tours canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified by PCSTUR.
***In cases where only category information is provided without specifying a name in the tour program and/or there are multiple options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by PCSTUR 48 hours before the tour departure.
***During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at a distance greater than the specified km’s. In such a case, information will be provided by PCSTUR 15 days before the tour departure date.
***Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability, and in such rooms the bed assigned to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable beds and coach beds, the tour participant is deemed to have accepted the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the bed type in 3rd person and/or child reservations. Child discounts are valid only for one child staying with 2 adults and meeting the relevant age group.
***Breakfasts included among the services in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and are generally offered as a limited menu known as continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.
***Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of cities, conducted panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide commentary, lasting at most 2-3 hours and not including museum or archaeological site entrance fees. PCSTUR is not responsible for the inability to carry out these panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, in cases where, on the day and at the time corresponding to the tour, sightseeing or entry is not permitted by local authorities, or the tour cannot take place due to closed roads because of any event, or when weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be carried out by public transportation or on foot where possible at closed roads or points where vehicle access is not permitted.
***Extra tours are organized by the local PCSTUR we receive service from, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If the required number is not reached, the excursions cannot be carried out, or extra excursion prices, content, and the vehicle to be used may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums and archaeological sites at the destinations and weather conditions.
***Extra tours are optional at the participant's discretion and are not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to join the extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted waiting at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers will be left at a roadside rest facility before the extra tour starts and picked up from the point where they were dropped off after the tour is completed.
*** PCSTUR is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. On scheduled and special flights, there may be a risk of delay, or the times before the current trip and flight may change. PCSTUR is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the trip accepting the risk of schedule changes.

Tour Program
Istanbul-Baku
Meeting with our valued guests at Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal at least 3 hours before departure. After completing ticket, baggage, and passport procedures, we proceed to Baku on Turkish Airlines' *** scheduled flight to ***. Arrival in Baku at local time ***. Following passport and ticket procedures, we leave the area to begin our city tour. We start our Baku city tour with İçeri Şeher (Old City), which was included in the UNESCO World Heritage List in the year 2000. Upon reaching the Old City, our first visit is the Shirvanshah Palace, built by Ibrahim Halilullah in the 15th century. Subsequently, among the main sights we will see are the Maiden Tower, with a history of 2500 years, and the Friday Mosque. We then conclude our city tour by visiting the Bukhara and Multani Caravanserais. After the city tour, guests who wish may join the Azerbaijan Night organized by our guide as an extra activity (70 EUR). After the tour, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

Baku
After the breakfast we will have at the hotel, free time. Guests who wish can join the Absheron Peninsula tour organized by our guide as an extra (70 Euro). Among the main places we will visit on the Absheron Peninsula is the Ateshgah Architectural Complex, one of the three Zoroastrian Fire Temples in the world. This very interesting structure, whose fire has not gone out for centuries according to Zoroastrian belief, is considered one of the major pilgrimage sites. After visiting Ateshgah, we will visit the volcano that the famous traveler Marco Polo called the "Land of Fire." The volcano has been burning continuously for centuries due to natural gas emerging from underground over an area of 65 hectares. After completing our tour, guests who wish can join the Caspian Sea boat tour organized by our guide as an extra (50 Euro). Then we will transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

Baku
After the breakfast we will have at the hotel, free time. Guests who wish can join our Gobustan & Haydar Aliyev Museum tour, organized additionally by our guide (90 Euro). We set off towards Gobustan, located 70 km south of Baku, which is Azerbaijan's richest region in terms of archaeological artifacts and is listed on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Gobustan, situated near the Caspian Sea on the old Shirvan road, is also known as an open-air museum. It provides important information about prehistoric medieval society life, hunting, animals, and vegetation through its rock carvings and painted stones. Afterward, we proceed with our Haydar Aliyev Museum tour. Following the tour, we transfer back to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

Baku - Istanbul
After breakfast at our hotel in Sabah, check out of the rooms. Free time until the time your guide will announce. Then transfer to the airport. After your baggage and ticket procedures, depart for Istanbul on the scheduled flight of *** airline. Arrival at Istanbul Airport at *** local time, and the end of our tour.
