Belgrade Tour with AJET Airlines

***Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 40 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notice date is 21 days before the tour departure. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be announced by PCSTUR.
***In cases where only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying a name and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by PCSTUR 48 hours before the departure of the trip.
***During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the stated km’s. In such a case, information will be provided by PCSTUR 15 days before the tour departure date.
*** 3-person rooms are provided depending on hotel availability, and in such rooms the bed allocated to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. 3-person rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable and coach beds, tour participants are deemed to have acknowledged the possible congestion in the rooms and the bed type in reservations for the 3rd person and/or children. Child discounts are valid only for one child staying with 2 adults - within the applicable age group.
***Breakfasts included among the services in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country being visited and generally as a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.
***The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, conducted panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide commentary, lasting at most 2-3 hours and not including museum or archaeological site entrance fees. PCSTUR is not responsible for the failure to conduct the panoramic tours, including the other tours specified in the program, in cases where the places to be visited are not permitted to be toured or entered by local authorities at the day and time corresponding to the tour, or due to closed roads because of any event, or when the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot where possible at closed roads or points where vehicle entry is not permitted.
***Extra tours are organized by the local PCSTUR from which we receive service, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If the required number is not reached, the excursions cannot be carried out, or the prices, content, and vehicle used for the extra excursion may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of the museums and archaeological sites at the destinations and the weather conditions.
***Extra tours are optional at the participant’s request and are not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in the extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted waiting at a suitable rest stop along the route. These passengers are dropped off at a roadside rest stop before the extra tour begins and picked up from the point where they were dropped off after the tour is completed.
*** PCSTUR is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. On scheduled and special flights, there may be a risk of delay, or the times may change before the current trip and flight. PCSTUR is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the trip accepting the risk of schedule changes.
