Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified by PCSTUR.
***In cases where the tour program provides only category information without specifying names and/or offers options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by PCSTUR 48 hours before the tour departure.
***During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such cases, information will be provided by PCSTUR 15 days prior to the tour departure date.
***Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability; in these rooms, the bed assigned to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable or coach beds, tour participants booking triple rooms (for the 3rd person and/or children) are deemed to have accepted any potential crowding in the room and the type of bed.
***Breakfasts included in the tour package are served according to the local country's breakfast culture, typically as a limited continental menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated for the group.
***Panoramic city tours included in the tour program are sightseeing tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, conducted from the vehicle with a guide's commentary for general city introduction, and do not include entry to museums or historical sites. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, may not take place on the scheduled day and time if local authorities do not permit visiting or entering certain areas, due to closed roads caused by any event, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible. In such cases, PCSTUR is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours. Some tours may be carried out via public transport or on foot, depending on available facilities, at points where vehicle access is restricted or closed roads exist.
***Optional excursions are organized by the local PCSTUR partner we work with, subject to a minimum participation of 20 people. If this number is not met, the excursions may not take place, or optional excursion prices, content, and vehicles used may vary based on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide depending on the opening/closing status of museums and historical sites at the destinations and weather conditions.
***Optional excursions are voluntary and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in optional excursions organized during the tour are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at the roadside rest facility before the optional tour begins and will be picked up from that location after the main tour is completed.

We will visit the towns of Marken and Volendam, explore Zaanse Schans, and take a boat ride through Amsterdam's canals. During the canal tour, we will enjoy scenic views of Amsterdam's bridges and waterways, often called the "Venice of the North," followed by a visit to a world-famous diamond factory. You won't want to leave the harbor area of Volendam, a charming old fishing village that inspired the song "If you want to see the true beauty of Holland, go to Volendam." In Marken, you can observe the quaint lives of fishermen living in small, cozy houses and have the opportunity to purchase souvenirs at affordable prices. We will also visit Zaanse Schans, a magical town known for its windmills. After the tour, we will transfer back to our hotel for an overnight stay.
