***Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 40 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the latest cancellation notification date is 21 days before the tour departure. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified by Pcs Tur.
***In cases where only category information is provided without specifying names in the tour program and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by Pcs Tur 48 hours before the tour departure.
***During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km. In such a case, information will be provided by Pcs Tur 15 days before the departure date of the tour.
***Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed assigned to the third person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are pull-out beds and coach beds, tour participants are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible congestion in the rooms and the bed type for third person and/or child reservations. Child discounts apply only to one child who fits the relevant age group and stays with 2 adults.
***Breakfasts included in the services of the tour program are served at the hotel in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and generally as a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.
***Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, carried out panoramically with commentary from the vehicle, without museum or archaeological site entrances, lasting no more than 2-3 hours. Pcs Tur is not responsible if panoramic tours, including the other tours specified in the program, cannot be carried out on the day and time of the tour due to reasons such as local authorities not allowing visits or entry, road closures due to any event, or when weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot where possible in areas with closed roads or points where vehicle access is not permitted.
***Extra tours are organized by the local Pcs Tur we receive service from, with a minimum participation of 20 people. If the required number is not achieved, the excursions cannot be carried out, or the prices, content, and vehicle to be used for extra excursions may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide according to the open/closed status of museums and archaeological sites in the places to be visited and weather conditions.
***Extra tours are optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted waiting at a suitable rest facility on the route. These passengers are dropped off at a roadside rest facility before the extra tour begins and picked up from the point where they were left after the tour is completed.
***Pcs Tur is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 28.09.1955 Hague Protocol. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and charter flights, or the times may change before the current trip and flight. Pcs Tur is obligated to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the trip accepting the risk of schedule changes.
