HEALTH

Those who regularly use medication are advised to bring more medicine than they need. Because not all kinds of medicine can be found in the country. In addition, if you have a serious health problem (heart, blood pressure, diabetes, etc.), it would be useful to carry a signed document from your doctor. Also, we recommend that you do not drink tap water and drink bottled water that you open yourself for the first time.

Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency we receive service from with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If the required number is not reached, the trips cannot be carried out, or the prices, content, and vehicle to be used for optional tours / activities may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of optional tours / activities may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums, archaeological sites or venues at the places to be visited and according to weather conditions.

ACCOMMODATION

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther than the specified km distances.

3-person rooms may be provided depending on the availability of the hotels, and the bed provided to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. 3-person rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable and coach beds, participants making reservations for the 3rd person and/or children are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible tightness in the rooms and the type of bed.

Child discounts are valid for only one (1) child staying with 2 adults and within the age group specified in the pricing section.

Breakfasts taken at the hotel among the services included in the tour program are served according to the breakfast culture of the country in question and generally as a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group for groups.

CURRENCY

The currency of Japan is the Yen (JPY). The currency of South Korea is (KRW). For this trip, we recommend that you bring USD with you and also carry small denominations of it.

TIME ZONE

There is a +6 hour difference between Turkey and both countries. When it is 12.00 in Turkey, the time in the countries we will travel to is 18.00

TELEPHONE USE

All mobile phone operators can be used if your phone has international roaming enabled. However, there may be no network in some parts of the country.

CLOTHING AND NECESSARY ITEMS

We recommend that you bring T-shirts that you can easily put on and take off, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton pants, comfortable walking shoes, and a light jacket or cardigan. We recommend that you prefer non-synthetic and cotton clothes. You can also bring a raincoat and umbrella in case of rain. In addition, you can also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs for possible noise, camera, video camera and their chargers, and spare memory cards.

FOOD CULTURE

The region is dominated by a Far Eastern culinary culture. We recommend that you do not buy anything from street vendors. In addition, you will notice that the meals we will have at the restaurants and hotels we visit suit your taste.

SHOPPING

Both countries are a true shopping paradise, especially for electronics. Apart from that, traditional clothing and souvenirs can be purchased.

Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for destinations/passports requiring a visa) does not mean that entry into the country will be allowed. The passport police have the authority to refuse you entry into the country. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.

Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of up to 2-3 hours, organized for the general introduction of the cities and conducted panoramically with commentary by the guide from the vehicle, and do not include entrance fees to museums or archaeological sites. The agency is not responsible for the inability to carry out the aforementioned tours if the panoramic tours, including the other tours specified in the program, are not performed on the day and time coinciding with the tour due to local authorities not permitting sightseeing or entry, or due to closed roads because of any event, or when it becomes impossible to conduct the tour due to weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not permitted, as far as possible.

Tour Program

Istanbul - Tokyo

We will meet at Istanbul Airport's International Terminal. After completing ticket and baggage procedures, we will board our Turkish Airlines flight to Tokyo and begin the new day in the air.

Tokyo

Upon arrival in Tokyo, after completing baggage and passport procedures, we begin our private panoramic city tour. First, we visit Asakusa's Senso-ji Temple, Japan's oldest Shinto shrine (founded in 645), renowned for its towering lanterns that capture the authentic atmosphere of old Tokyo. Along the historic Nakamise-dori street, lined with over 70 shops and considered Japan's first open-air shopping arcade, you can purchase souvenirs for your loved ones. Next, we proceed to Ginza, Japan's premier luxury shopping district and arguably one of the world's most famous streets. Originally established as Japan's silver mint by 1800, Ginza was transformed into a high-end shopping hub following the Great Kanto Earthquake; its name derives from the combination of the kanji characters "gin" (silver) and "za" (place). In the final segment of our tour, we experience the iconic Shibuya Crossing, where millions of pedestrians cross daily, with up to tens of thousands moving simultaneously at once—a must-see, as it is often said, "A Tokyo tour is incomplete without visiting Shibuya." At the conclusion of our tour, we transfer to our hotel in Tokyo for an overnight stay.

Tokyo

After breakfast at our hotel, we begin our Kamakura & Outlet tour, continuing to explore Japan through the historic city of Kamakura, Tokyo's oldest city. As the birthplace of Japan's first Shogunate system, Kamakura holds immense historical significance. Our visit starts with Kotoku Temple, a Buddhist temple belonging to the Jodo-shu sect, famous for housing the Great Buddha of Kamakura—one of Japan's most iconic symbols. The 11.4-meter-tall bronze statue of Amida Buddha is Japan's second-largest Buddha statue. Next, we head to Yokohama, one of Japan's three major cities with a population of 3.7 million. Here, we visit Yokohama Chinatown, Japan's largest and oldest Chinese district, dating back 160 years. At the end of our tour, we stop at Kisarazu Outlet, located just one hour from Tokyo. Home to over 250 stores, Kisarazu Outlet offers a mix of popular lifestyle brands like Nike and Lacoste alongside luxury labels such as Armani and Burberry. Seasonal sales and holiday specials provide unique opportunities for conscious shoppers, with discounts reaching up to 70% off retail prices. After the tour concludes, we transfer back to our hotel in Tokyo for an overnight stay.

Tokyo

After breakfast at our hotel, we begin our tour of Mount Fuji. We set out to see Japan's highest peak and taste its sacred waters. First, we visit the Mount Fuji Museum, which presents the mountain's history and geological formation. Next, we arrive in Oshino Hakkai, a picturesque village renowned as one of Japan's most beautiful, offering stunning views of Mount Fuji. Here, we enjoy water from the springs around the mountain and sample local delicacies. This charming village features shops where you can discover unique regional crafts and flavors; we highly recommend trying freshly made Japanese mochi rice cake, served warm and at its finest. Among the five lakes surrounding Mount Fuji, perhaps the most scenic is Lake Kawaguchi, where we will take a boat ride to admire the clearest and closest view of the majestic volcano. At the end of our tour, we transfer back to our hotel in Tokyo for an overnight stay.

Tokyo - Osaka

After enjoying breakfast at our hotel, we transfer to Osaka via the Shinkansen. Traditionally regarded as "The Nation's Kitchen" or Japan's capital of gourmet cuisine, Osaka is a culinary paradise. Our city tour begins with Osaka Castle, built in the 16th century and one of the finest examples of Japanese architecture. Next, we head to Shinsaibashi, the heart of Osaka, where we have free time to explore the Dotonbori shopping district. This vibrant area offers endless opportunities for shopping and dining, allowing us to discover some of the city's most delicious local specialties. At the end of the tour, we return to our hotel in Osaka for an overnight stay.

Osaka

After enjoying breakfast at our hotel, we begin our full-day tour of Nara and Kobe. First, we travel one hour to Nara, one of Japan's ancient capitals and historically the cradle of Japanese art, crafts, literature, culture, and industry. There, we visit Todai-ji Temple, which houses the world's largest wooden structure and the largest bronze Buddha statue. In Nara Park, we will also have the opportunity to see the famous Nara deer. Next, we head toward Kobe, a city renowned for its beef. Guests who wish may enjoy Kobe beef during their free time in the city. Afterward, we proceed to Nunobiki Herb Gardens, one of Japan's largest gardens, spread across 40 hectares. We reach the garden, located on the slopes of Mount Rokko, via cable car. The grounds feature over 75,000 plant species. At the end of the tour, we transfer back to our hotel in Osaka for an overnight stay.

Osaka

After breakfast at our hotel, we begin a full-day tour of Universal Studios Japan. Located in Osaka, Universal Studios Japan (USJ) opened in 2001 and is one of Japan's most popular theme parks. Inspired by Hollywood films, the park features themed areas such as Harry Potter, Jurassic Park, Minions, Spider-Man, and Super Nintendo World. With entertaining shows, 4D cinema experiences, and high-adrenaline roller coasters, it appeals to visitors of all ages. At the end of our tour, we transfer back to our hotel in Osaka for an overnight stay.

Osaka - Istanbul

After breakfast at the hotel, we begin our Kyoto tour. Our first stop is the iconic Kinkaku-ji Temple, a Zen Buddhist temple renowned for its golden exterior and elegant architecture situated by a pond. Next, we visit Fushimi Inari Shrine, famous as a filming location for "Memoirs of a Geisha," where we will walk through hundreds of vermilion torii gates stacked one after another. Afterward, we explore the mystical atmosphere of the Arashiyama Bamboo Grove in the Arashiyama district. At the end of our tour, we have free time in Gion, the historic district known for its geishas. Following our free time, we meet at the time designated by our guide and transfer to Osaka Airport. After completing check-in and baggage procedures, we board Turkish Airlines' scheduled flight to Istanbul. The overnight journey will take place on the plane.

Istanbul
