This document will be provided to you by your agency for a fee. In addition to the C1 document, our guests will obtain their visas by paying at the door. 2 photos are required at the door (white background, 4x6 cm). HEALTH

No vaccination is required for Turkish citizens entering Vietnam and Cambodia. We do not think that you will encounter any problem during the lunches and dinners we will have at the good restaurants in the region that will adversely affect your health. Throughout the trip, we recommend that you do not drink tap water and only consume bottled water that will be opened by you for the first time.

Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency we receive service from with a minimum participation of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If the required number is not reached, the excursions cannot be carried out, or the prices, content, and vehicle used for the optional tour/activity may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of optional tours/activities may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums, ruins, or venues in the places to be visited and according to weather conditions.

ACCOMMODATION

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther than the specified km distances. 

3-person rooms may be allocated depending on the availability of the hotels, and the bed provided to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. 3-person rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are folding beds or coach beds, participants are deemed to have accepted the potential cramped conditions in the room and the bed type for 3rd person and/or child reservations. 

Child discounts are valid for one (1) child staying with 2 adults and matching the age group specified in the pricing section. 

Breakfasts included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and are generally offered as a limited menu, commonly called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group for groups.

All mobile phone operators can be used if your phone has international roaming enabled. However, network problems may occur in some areas visited.

CLOTHING AND NECESSARY ITEMS

We recommend that you bring T-shirts that are easy to put on and take off, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton trousers, comfortable walking shoes, and a light jacket or cardigan for the evenings. We recommend that you choose non-synthetic and cotton clothing. You can also bring a raincoat and umbrella in case of rain. In addition, you may want to bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs for possible noise, a camera, a video camera, their chargers, and spare memory cards.

FOOD CULTURE

The cuisine in the region is heavily influenced by Far Eastern food culture. We recommend that you do not buy anything from street vendors. In addition, you will notice that the meals we will have in the restaurants and hotels we visit suit your palate.

SHOPPING

There is a large shopping area in Hanoi spread across side streets. Hanoi, which is rich in silk fabrics and souvenirs, is very inexpensive. In Siem Reap, Psar Chaa and Night Market are suitable places for buying clothing and souvenirs.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for destinations/passports requiring a visa) does not mean that entry into the country is guaranteed. The passport police has the authority to deny you entry into the country. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility lies with the passenger.  

The agency is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and special flights, or times may change before the current trip and flight. The agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay field taxes and field service fees. 

The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of up to 2-3 hours organized for the general introduction of the cities and conducted panoramically from the vehicle with guide narration, without museum or historical site entrance fees. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, are not the responsibility of the agency if they cannot be carried out on the day and time of the tour because local authorities do not allow visits or entry, or because of closed roads due to any event, or if the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot where possible at closed roads or points where vehicle entry is not allowed.

Tour Program
Istanbul Airport - Singapore
After meeting at the Istanbul New Airport International Terminal at 10:30 AM, we will complete our check-in procedures and depart for Singapore on Singapore Airlines flight SQ 391 at 13:15. We will spend the night on board.
Singapore
After our arrival in Singapore at 04:45 local time, we will proceed to the restaurant reserved for us for breakfast. Here, we will refresh ourselves after the flight fatigue and enjoy our morning breakfast, followed by a departure with our private vehicle arranged for us to begin the "Sentosa Island Tour". During our tour, our first stop will be the Singapore National Orchid Garden, the first and only tropical botanical garden inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List in 2015. The garden is also home to one of the world's most important botanical institutes. With over 1,000 species and 2,000 hybrids, the splendor of these magnificent flowers offers a must-see view at the National Orchid Garden. Our next stop will be Sentosa Island, Singapore's first and only entertainment island, where locals spend their weekends. After arriving at Faber Hill by bus, you will have the opportunity to see the entire island from the sky via a cable car suspended 100 meters above sea level. On the island, we will first visit the Image of Singapore museum, which showcases Singapore's rich and colorful 200-year history. Our next stop will be Madame Tussauds Wax Museum, one of the main attractions of Sentosa Island. Get ready to become part of the story and feel the fame in Singapore with over 80 wax figures representing celebrities from Asia, Hollywood, Bollywood, and beyond. After the tour, free time awaits you to relax and explore the island. Following the tour, we will transfer to our hotel in Singapore and have free time to rest. Overnight at our hotel.
After dinner, we will depart with our private vehicle for our "Garden By The Bay" tour. We will witness the city's unique nighttime brilliance and take walks along its streets that come alive at all hours. Our first stop during the visit will be the world-famous Gardens by the Bay. Gardens by the Bay is a 101-hectare (250-acre) nature park located in Singapore's Central Region, adjacent to Marina Reservoir. The park consists of three coastal gardens: Bay South Garden (South Marina), Bay East Garden (East Marina), and Bay Central Garden (Central and Kallang). The largest of the gardens is the 54-hectare (130-acre) Bay South Garden, designed by Grant Associates. The Flower Dome is the world's largest glass greenhouse. In 2018, it was recognized as a world record holder with 50 million visitors having visited this garden. After the tour, we will transfer back to our hotel in Singapore and have free time to rest. Overnight at our hotel.
Singapore - Seoul
After breakfast at the hotel, we will check out and transfer to Singapore Changi Airport in our private vehicle. Following baggage and passport procedures, we will depart on Singapore Airlines flight SQ600 at 08:15 local time, arriving in Seoul at 15:40 local time. Upon arrival, we will be transferred to our hotel by a private car. After checking in, guests will settle into their rooms and enjoy free time. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Seoul (Boarding the Ship)
After breakfast at the hotel, we will complete our check-out procedures and depart for the "Seoul City Tour" in our private vehicle waiting for us. Today's tour includes visits to Gyeongbokgung Palace, built by King Taejo, founder of the Joseon Dynasty in 1395; Insa-dong Street, located in the heart of the city; and Myeong-dong Street, home to numerous luxury brands. Following the tour, we will transfer to Seoul Port where our NCL Spirit ship is docked. After completing ship check-in and passport procedures, we will settle into our cabins and enjoy free time. Our ship will depart from the port at 4:00 PM. Dinner and overnight stay will be on board.
Jeju
Our ship will arrive at Jeju Island at 09:00 in the morning. After breakfast, we will depart for the "Jeju Island Tour" with our private vehicle waiting for us. Today's tour will allow us to explore some of Jeju's most iconic landmarks. First, we will visit Yongduam Rock, a symbol of Jeju carved into the shape of a dragon's head, renowned for its natural formation and associated with numerous mystical legends. Next, we will stop at the Folklore and Natural History Museum, where we will learn much about the island's history and culture. We will also visit Dongmun Market, which offers a wide range of local products, from abalone and seaweed to mandarin-scented chocolates. Following this mystical tour, we will return to our ship. The vessel will depart from the port at 17:00 in the evening. Dinner and overnight accommodation will be on board.
Nagasaki
Our ship will dock at Nagasaki Port at 07:00 in the morning. After breakfast, we will depart for the "Nagasaki City Tour" with our private vehicle waiting to pick us up. Nagasaki is the capital and largest city of Nagasaki Prefecture, Japan. Historically, it was the second and last city to suffer a nuclear attack. Our first stop on the city tour will be the Nagasaki Atomic Bomb Museum, where we will remember one of history's most painful memories—the nuclear war. Next, we will visit Glover Garden, located within the oldest surviving Western-style house in Japan, built by Scottish merchant Thomas Blake Glover. Finally, we will explore Nagasaki Chinatown, enjoy free time in the city center, and return to the ship after the tour concludes. The ship will depart from the port at 17:00 in the evening. Dinner and overnight stay will be aboard the ship.
Kagoshima
Our ship will dock at Kagoshima port at 07:00. After breakfast, we will depart with our private vehicle for the "Kamikaze & Senganen Japanese Garden Tour." This compelling tour begins at the Chiran Peace Museum, which honors Kamikaze pilots and their aircraft who, despite knowing it was their final mission, flew without hesitation to their deaths for their country during World War II—a fact that remained undisclosed to the public until after the war ended. Next, we will enjoy a leisurely walk through Sengan-en, one of Japan's most beautiful traditional gardens, gaining a deeper appreciation for this exquisite art form. Inside the garden, we will visit the historic residence cherished by the Shimadzu family across generations. While exploring, we will savor breathtaking views of Kagoshima Bay and the iconic Sakurajima volcano. We will learn about the lifestyle of Prince Shimadzu Tadayoshi and discover how distinguished guests from both Japan and abroad were welcomed by the Shimadzu family at Sengan-en. Both Sengan-en and the Shoko Shuseikan Museum were inscribed as UNESCO World Heritage Sites in 2015. The Shoko Shuseikan Museum is housed in Japan's oldest surviving stone factory building, constructed in 1865. Located just at the entrance of the gardens, the museum traces over 800 years of the Shimadzu family's legacy and illustrates how their international connections contributed to industrial modernization in Kagoshima, Kyushu, and throughout Japan. Our return from the main street of Kagoshima to the port concludes the shore excursion. Our ship will depart from the port at 14:30. Dinner and overnight stay will be aboard the ship.
Hiroshima
Our ship will dock at Kochi Port at 8:00 AM. After breakfast, we will depart for the "Kochi Castle & City Tour" with our private vehicle waiting at the port. As you visit two of the city's most revered landmarks, you'll learn how Kochi became a center of pro-imperial ideology at the end of the feudal era. From the pier, we head to Kochi Castle. The donjon, or main keep, built over 400 years ago by feudal lord Yamanouchi Kazutoyo, offers panoramic views of the entire city and is well worth the climb. Your tour will take you through the beautifully restored Tsumemon Gate, which connects the castle's second enclosure to its inner shrine. No visit is complete without exploring the residential areas, known as the honmaru, which house local treasures and historical artifacts. After a walk around the castle grounds, you will board your bus and proceed to the scenic Katsurahama Beach. There stands a statue of Sakamoto Ryoma, one of Japan's most beloved historical figures, renowned for his role in transforming feudal Japan into a modern, unified nation. At the conclusion of the tour, we return to our ship. Our vessel will depart from the port at 5:00 PM. Dinner and overnight accommodations will be on board.

Kyoto
Our ship will dock at the port of Kyoto at 6:30 AM. After breakfast, we will depart in our private vehicle for the "Osaka & Nara City Tour." First, we head to Nara to visit Todai-ji Temple, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We will also have the opportunity to see the famous Nara deer roaming freely within Nara National Park and its gardens. At the Japanese Garden, we will enjoy the renowned health-benefiting matcha tea before proceeding to Osaka. In Osaka, we will visit Kinkaku-ji Temple, also known as the Golden Pavilion. The Dotonbori area, located along the canal, offers a vibrant atmosphere with countless cafes and restaurants, bright lights, and neon signs catering to all budgets and tastes—from high fashion to traditional crafts. Shinsaibashi Shopping Street adds to this lively experience. After the tour, we will return to our ship. The vessel will depart from the port at 6:30 PM. Dinner and overnight accommodation will be on board.
Nagoya
Our ship will dock at Nagoya Port at 09:00 in the morning. After breakfast, we will depart for the "Nagoya City Tour" with our private vehicle waiting to welcome us. You will explore key attractions that showcase how this region has transformed over centuries, gaining insight into its cultural and historical heritage. Highlights include Nagoya Castle, reconstructed faithfully after being destroyed during World War II and offering a glimpse into 17th-century Japan; Honmaru Palace; the Toyota Commemorative Museum of Industry and Technology, where you can learn about the development of textiles, automotive engineering, and steam engine technology; and Atsuta Shrine, providing an intimate experience of Shinto religion. Following the tour and some free time, we will return to our ship. The vessel will depart from the port at 19:00 in the evening. Dinner and overnight accommodation will be on board.
Shimizu / Fuji
Our ship will dock at Mount Fuji Shimizu Port at 7:00 AM. After breakfast, we will depart in our private vehicle for the "Kunozan Temple and Mt. Fuji Tour." Kunozan Temple, accessible by cable car, is dedicated to Tokugawa Ieyasu, the feudal lord who unified Japan. It is a complex of ornate, brilliantly red buildings constructed by Ieyasu's son, Hidetada, in honor of his father. The three main halls within the complex are designed with influences from different architectural styles. The intricately carved ceiling in the Honden Hall inside the temple is particularly captivating for visitors. You can write your wish on a piece of paper and hang it from threads suspended from the ceiling, hoping for its fulfillment. This common practice in Japanese shrines is known as Omikuji. Our tour continues to enjoy the legendary views of Mt. Fuji. Matsubara, a pine grove located by the sea, is home to over 50,000 pine trees, including a 650-year-old tree believed to possess legendary powers. The view from our current location is considered one of the top three scenic spots in Japan. After the tour, we return to our ship. The ship will depart from the port at 5:00 PM. Dinner and overnight stay will be aboard the ship.
Tokyo
Our ship will dock at Tokyo port at 07:00. After breakfast, we will complete the disembarkation procedures and depart with our waiting vehicle for the "Hakone, Mount Fuji & Lake Ashi Tour." We head to Hakone, located approximately two hours from Tokyo, a destination that will captivate you with its hot springs, natural beauty, and pristine nature. First, we stop at Oshino Hakkai village to enjoy panoramic views of Mount Fuji. Next, we visit Owakudani, formed around 3,000 years ago by an eruption of Mount Hakone. This area is still an active volcanic zone today, characterized by sulfur fumes and hot steam. Following the tour, we proceed to Hakone town, nestled at the foot of Mount Fuji. Here, we will take a leisurely boat ride on Lake Ashi, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and experience firsthand the town's natural splendor. After the boat excursion, there will be free time before returning to the hotel. Overnight stay at our hotel.
Tokyo
After breakfast at the hotel, we will depart in our private vehicle for the "Kamakura & Traditional Japanese Tea with Bamboo Gardens Tour." Our first stop is the Great Buddha of Kamakura, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This bronze statue stands 13.35 meters tall (including its base) and weighs approximately 93 tons; it holds significant importance in religious history. Dating back to 1252 during the Kamakura period—when feudalism began and samurai emerged—we will then proceed to Hokoku-ji Temple, our next destination. Known for its bamboo groves spread across an area of about 13,000 square meters, this temple holds an important place in Buddhist tradition. It was founded by the monk Tengan Eko to honor the ancestor of the Ashikaga clan. Nicknamed "Take-dera," meaning "Bamboo Temple," we will take a brief exploration within this unique site, where over 2,000 bamboo plants come together. Midway through our tour, we will pause for a traditional Japanese green tea experience. Afterward, we will return to the hotel for overnight accommodation.
Tokyo - Singapore
Our ship will dock at Tokyo port at 07:00. After breakfast, we will complete the disembarkation procedures and depart with our waiting vehicle for the "Tokyo City Tour." Our first stop will be the Imperial Palace, which houses numerous buildings including the private residences of the Imperial Family, archives, museums, and administrative offices. The Tokyo Imperial Palace was built on the site of an ancient castle that once served as the residence of the Shogun in the 15th century. In the 19th century, when Emperor Meiji moved the imperial court from Kyoto to Tokyo, this area became the property of the Imperial Family. Since most of the buildings were destroyed during World War II, the oldest surviving items in the palace are only about 50 years old. Our second stop will be Ginza, one of Tokyo's most popular shopping districts, known for its luxury boutiques and top-tier cocktail and sushi bars. As one of the world's premier luxury shopping areas, Ginza welcomes countless tourists from around the globe. Next, we will visit Sensoji Temple, also known as Asakusa Kannon-do, a Buddhist temple recognized as one of Tokyo's oldest and most colorful temples. Often referred to as the "Temple of the Three Deities," Asakusa is highly popular among both tourists and locals. It is one of the few temples in Tokyo that survived the bombing raids at the end of World War II, so the original structure remains largely intact. The temple also hosts the annual Sanja Festival every May. According to legend, Sensoji Temple was built by two fishermen to honor Kannon, the goddess of mercy. Following the temple, we will walk through Nakamise Shopping Street. We will then continue our tour with a visit to Akihabara, one of Tokyo's most famous neighborhoods worldwide. Akihabara is an extremely bustling shopping district renowned for its diverse range of electronics stores, from small stalls to large shopping malls. After the tour, we will have free time before transferring to the airport. Upon arrival at the airport, after completing check-in and passport formalities, we will depart for Singapore on Singapore Airlines flight SQ633 at 16:40. We will arrive in Singapore at 23:20 local time, where we will have a layover for rest.
Singapore - Istanbul Airport
After check-in and passport procedures, we depart on Singapore Airlines flight SQ 392 at 01:50, arriving at Istanbul Airport at 08:45 local time. This marks the end of our tour.
