This document will be provided to you by your agency for a fee. In addition to the C1 document, our guests will obtain their visas by paying at the door. 2 photos are required at the door (white background, 4x6 cm). For the Cambodia Visa; (A visa must be obtained for a Green Passport.) As of the tour end date, it must be valid for a minimum of 6 months and be one of the new chip passports. 2 photos (white background, 4x6 cm in size) For Cambodia, our guests will be able to obtain their visas by paying 30 USD at the door. – Door visa fees may vary depending on the country’s decision.)
You must have a passport valid for 6 months from the date the trip ends and not older than 10 years.
HEALTH
No vaccination is required for Turkish citizens entering Vietnam and Cambodia. We do not think that you will encounter any problem during the lunches and dinners we will have at the good restaurants in the region that will adversely affect your health. Throughout the trip, we recommend that you do not drink tap water and only consume bottled water that will be opened by you for the first time.

OPTIONAL TOURS & ACTIVITIES
Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency we receive service from with a minimum participation of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If the required number is not reached, the excursions cannot be carried out, or the prices, content, and vehicle used for the optional tour/activity may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of optional tours/activities may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums, ruins, or venues in the places to be visited and according to weather conditions.
ACCOMMODATION
During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther than the specified km distances.
3-person rooms may be allocated depending on the availability of the hotels, and the bed provided to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. 3-person rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are folding beds or coach beds, participants are deemed to have accepted the potential cramped conditions in the room and the bed type for 3rd person and/or child reservations.
Child discounts are valid for one (1) child staying with 2 adults and matching the age group specified in the pricing section.
Breakfasts included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and are generally offered as a limited menu, commonly called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group for groups.

The currency of Vietnam is the Vietnamese Dong (VND)
The currency of Cambodia is the Cambodian Riel (KHR)
It is advisable to have US Dollars (USD) with you.
TIME ZONE
There is a +5 hour difference between Turkey and both countries. When it is 12:00 in Turkey, it is 17:00 in the countries we will visit
PHONE USE
All mobile phone operators can be used if your phone has international roaming enabled. However, network problems may occur in some areas visited.
CLOTHING AND NECESSARY ITEMS
We recommend that you bring T-shirts that are easy to put on and take off, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton trousers, comfortable walking shoes, and a light jacket or cardigan for the evenings. We recommend that you choose non-synthetic and cotton clothing. You can also bring a raincoat and umbrella in case of rain. In addition, you may want to bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs for possible noise, a camera, a video camera, their chargers, and spare memory cards.
FOOD CULTURE
The cuisine in the region is heavily influenced by Far Eastern food culture. We recommend that you do not buy anything from street vendors. In addition, you will notice that the meals we will have in the restaurants and hotels we visit suit your palate.
SHOPPING
There is a large shopping area in Hanoi spread across side streets. Hanoi, which is rich in silk fabrics and souvenirs, is very inexpensive. In Siem Reap, Psar Chaa and Night Market are suitable places for buying clothing and souvenirs.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for destinations/passports requiring a visa) does not mean that entry into the country is guaranteed. The passport police has the authority to deny you entry into the country. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility lies with the passenger.
The agency is an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and special flights, or times may change before the current trip and flight. The agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay field taxes and field service fees.
The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of up to 2-3 hours organized for the general introduction of the cities and conducted panoramically from the vehicle with guide narration, without museum or historical site entrance fees. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, are not the responsibility of the agency if they cannot be carried out on the day and time of the tour because local authorities do not allow visits or entry, or because of closed roads due to any event, or if the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot where possible at closed roads or points where vehicle entry is not allowed.
