***Our Tour Program is organized on the condition that a minimum of 40 people participate. If sufficient participation cannot be achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notification date is 21 days before the tour departure. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified by PCSTUR.
***In cases where only category information is provided without specifying names in the tour program and/or where there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by PCSTUR 48 hours before the trip departure.
***During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances exceeding the specified kilometers. In such a case, information will be provided by PCSTUR 15 days before the tour departure date.
***Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and in these types of rooms, the bed assigned to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds consist of beds known as folding beds and coach beds, tour participants are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible cramped conditions and bed type in rooms for reservations for the 3rd person and/or children. Child discounts are valid for one child staying with 2 adults and fitting the applicable age group.
***Among the services included in the tour program, breakfasts served at the hotel are provided in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and generally consist of a limited menu of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, known as a continental breakfast, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group for groups.
***The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for the general introduction of cities and conducted panoramically with the guide's narration from inside the vehicle, without including museum or archaeological site entrances. PCSTUR is not responsible if panoramic tours, including the other tours specified in the program, cannot take place because local authorities do not permit visiting or entering the relevant places on the day and at the time corresponding to the tour, roads are closed due to any event, or it becomes impossible to conduct the tour due to weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, where possible, at locations with closed roads or where vehicle entry is not permitted.
***Extra tours are organized by the local PCSTUR from which we receive services, on the condition that a minimum of 20 people participate. If sufficient numbers cannot be reached, the excursions cannot be conducted, or the prices, content, and vehicles to be used for extra excursions may vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide according to whether the museums and archaeological sites at the destinations are open or closed and according to weather conditions.
***Extra tours are optional for participants and are not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in the extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted waiting at a suitable rest facility located along the route. These passengers will be left at a roadside rest facility before the extra tour begins and will be picked up from the point where they were left after the tour is completed.
*** PCSTUR is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays on scheduled and charter flights, or the times may change before the existing trip and flight. PCSTUR is obliged to notify such changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the trip by accepting the risk of a change in schedule.

Tour Program
ANKARA (ESB)-STUTTGART-ALSACE
Meeting our valued guests at Ankara Esenboğa Airport’s International Departures Terminal at least 3 hours before the flight. Following ticketing, baggage, and passport procedures, we depart for Stuttgart at 13:45 on AJet Airlines’ scheduled flight VF533. Arrival in Stuttgart at 15:20 local time. After passport and baggage procedures, we leave the airport to begin our city tour. We then set off for Strasbourg. Upon arrival, our panoramic city tour begins. Strasbourg holds historical significance as the place where the French national anthem, “La Marseillaise,” was written, and is a city where Alsatian culture blends with French architecture. We visit Strasbourg Cathedral of Notre-Dame, which held the title of the world’s tallest building until 1874, the Rohan Palace, Kléber Square, and the Petite France district, adorned with traditional Alsatian houses. Following our tour, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel. ALSACE – EGUISHEIM – COLMAR – RIQUEWIHR – ALSACE
After breakfast at the hotel, free time. Guests who wish may join the optional Eguisheim, Colmar & Riquewihr tour (€100). Our first stop will be Eguisheim, one of the charming villages of Alsace. As you stroll through its narrow, picturesque streets, among houses with colorful geraniums hanging from their wooden windows and balconies, you will begin to lose yourself in stories from the past. A member of the “Most Beautiful Villages of France” association since 2003, Eguisheim was chosen as “France’s Favorite Village” in 2013.
After our tour of Eguisheim, we will head to our second stop, Colmar. With its colorful houses, flower-adorned streets, and enchanting beauty, Colmar is one of the region’s most captivating towns and holds great importance as the starting point of the Alsace Wine Route. The canals, which add even more beauty to Colmar, are branches of the Rhine River. The colorful historic buildings lining the river, dating back to the 1200s, are the city’s most distinctive and noteworthy feature. During our tour of Colmar, we will explore its carnival-like streets, visit Saint Martin’s Cathedral with its enormous stork nests, Rue Marchand (Merchant Street), and the “Petite Venise” area, meaning “Little Venice.”
Our final stop on the tour will be Riquewihr, known as Alsace’s most famous village. The harmony of the Alsatian two-story houses, combining wood and concrete, along with their distinctive colors and architectural styles, makes this charming town—home to 1,200 residents—a destination visited by 2 million people each year. You will never tire of taking photographs in this wonderful town, where history, culture, and nature blend together. Following the tour, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Alsace – Heidelberg – Baden-Baden – Alsace
Free time after breakfast at the hotel. Guests who wish may join the Heidelberg & Baden-Baden tour, organized as an optional excursion by our guide. (€85)
No, all German cities are not alike. If you want to see a truly German city, Heidelberg—a tranquil, elegant, refined and profound city where Hegel walked the streets deep in thought and which Goethe called his ideal city—will welcome you with the harmony of its architecture and nature. Upon arrival, the sights included in our tour will be Hauptstrasse, Marktplatz Square, the Old Bridge and Heidelberg Castle (viewed from the outside). After our tour, we will depart for our second destination, Baden-Baden. Located near the German-French border, Baden-Baden is an elegant, aesthetic and peaceful German city immersed in nature, offering countless attractions ranging from thermal spas and cultural and art museums to opera and theater, as well as the opportunity to visit one of Europe’s most famous casinos. The renowned Russian writer Dostoyevsky’s novel The Gambler, which includes sections from his own life, is set in this city. For this reason, Baden-Baden may also be of interest to literature enthusiasts. After the tour, we will transfer to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

ALSACE – SCHAFFHAUSEN RHINE FALLS – ZURICH – LUCERNE – ALSACE
After breakfast at the hotel, free time. Guests who wish may join the optional Schaffhausen Rhine Falls & Zurich & Lucerne tour organized by our guide (€110).
Our first stop on the tour is the Rhine Falls. Following our walk around Europe’s largest waterfall, which is 150 meters wide and 23 meters high, accompanied by the mesmerizing sound of the water, we depart for Zurich, Switzerland’s largest city. Situated on the shores of Lake Zurich and at the foothills of the Alps, Zurich welcomes millions of tourists throughout the year with its rich history and culture. The city’s history dates back to the Neolithic and Bronze Ages, while its name derives from Turus. The city, which was under Roman occupation in the 2nd century AD, was called Turicum. When this name was translated into Swiss German, it was pronounced “Zuri.” According to recent data, Zurich is the most livable city in Europe and is also known as Switzerland’s cultural capital.
Upon arrival, we see the Grossmünster and Fraumünster churches, as well as St. Peter’s Church, home to the largest clock tower in Europe, before touring Bahnhofstrasse, considered the city’s main shopping district. Following our tour, we depart for Lucerne. In this enchanting city, we see the Lion Monument, built in memory of the 800 Swiss soldiers who were killed while protecting King Louis XVI and his family, the Chapel Bridge, and the magnificent view of Lake Lucerne. We then conclude our tour and transfer to our hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

After breakfast at our hotel in the morning, check out of the rooms. Free time until the time specified by your guide. Then transfer to the airport. After completing your baggage and ticketing procedures, depart for Ankara at 16:55 on AJet Airlines’ scheduled flight VF534. Arrive at Ankara Esenboğa Airport at 22:05 local time, marking the end of our tour.
