Please read the following conditions carefully before creating a tour reservation. All guests who make a reservation are deemed to have accepted the conditions below.

Information for Our Guests as the Turilla Travel Family:

"Dear guests,

In order for the reservation to be finalized, it is mandatory that the full name, Turkish ID number, date of birth, and contact information be provided completely and accurately.

The guest is responsible for the consequences arising from insurance, accommodation, transportation, border crossings, and official procedures that may result from incomplete or incorrect information provided.

Reservations cannot be made for tours where infants aged 0-2 are not accepted.

Guests under the age of 18 cannot participate in the tour without the approval of their legal guardian.

The use of seat belts is mandatory throughout all travel.

While the vehicle is in motion, standing up, walking around inside the vehicle, or engaging in behavior that will distract the driver is prohibited.

Alcoholic beverages cannot be consumed inside the vehicle.

Behaviors that may disturb other guests inside the vehicle are not allowed.

During the guide's narration, one should not speak loudly and should avoid actions that would disrupt the flow of the tour.

Consumption of sunflower seeds, strongly scented foods, and other products that may disturb other guests may not be permitted inside the vehicle.

The sockets in the vehicles may be used only for charging phones and similar low-power devices.

Seat numbers are determined according to the reservation order and operational planning.

No specific seat guarantee is given during or after the reservation.

Seat placement may change due to vehicle changes, operational requirements, or technical reasons.

No refund or compensation can be claimed due to seat placement.

Large luggage is not allowed inside the vehicle.

Sharp, piercing, or dangerous items that may jeopardize safety cannot be kept in hand luggage.

The guest is responsible for the protection of money, phones, computers, passports, identity cards, jewelry, and other valuables.

Our agency is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen in vehicles, hotels, or at visit points.

For security and operational reasons, luggage may not be opened outside designated times.

The sightseeing points and times stated in the tour program are for informational purposes.

Changes may be made to the program due to weather conditions, road conditions, traffic, decisions by official authorities, natural disasters, technical faults, crowds, or other force majeure reasons.

The guide may change the order of visits while preserving the general structure of the tour program.

Guests are required to comply with the departure and meeting times announced by the guide.

Our agency is not responsible for services missed due to the guest's delay.

No refund or compensation can be claimed for visits included in the tour program but not carried out due to force majeure.

Departure and return times may change depending on traffic, weather conditions, official checks, and road conditions.

Tour end times are approximate, and our agency cannot be held responsible for delays.

Guests will be dropped off at the drop-off points deemed appropriate by the operation upon return.

Room placements are made by the hotel management.

No room number, floor, view, or specific room guarantee is given.

An additional fee may apply for single occupancy.

The relevant guest is responsible for any material damage caused by the guest at hotels or accommodation facilities.

Extra tours and activities are optional.

The realization of extra tours depends on sufficient participant numbers and operational conditions.

No cancellation or refund is made for purchased extra tours, activities, and services.

Extra tour prices may change periodically. The valid price is the price on the tour departure date.

Guests who do not participate in extra tours are deemed to have agreed to remain at the waiting points designated by the guide.

Unless otherwise stated in the program, entrance fees to museums, historical sites, cable cars, boats, national parks, and similar places are not included in the tour price.

The use of the Museum Card and entrance fees are the responsibility of the guest.

Travel health insurance is subject to the policy terms of the relevant insurance companies.

Situations outside the scope of insurance are the responsibility of the relevant insurance company.

The participant accepts that their health condition is suitable for the tour.

Our agency is not responsible for consequences arising from existing health problems.

Obtaining passports, visas, residence permits, exit tax, consent letters, and other official documents is the guest's responsibility.

Our agency has no responsibility if permission to enter or leave the country is not granted at border gates or by official authorities.

No refund can be requested for trips that do not take place for these reasons.

Personal data shared by the guest may be processed for the purposes of reservation, transportation, accommodation, insurance, and fulfillment of legal obligations.

Personal data may be shared with hotels, transport companies, insurance companies, official institutions, and service providers when necessary.

The guest making the reservation declares that they have read and accepted the KVKK Disclosure Text.

Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used in promotional, advertising, social media, and website activities.

Guests who do not accept this use are required to notify us in writing before the tour begins.

During the tour, damaging the environment, littering, or engaging in behavior that would disrupt public order is prohibited.

Respect for the cultural and natural values of the visited regions is expected.

Compliance with the instructions of the guide and tour staff is mandatory.

Individuals who disrupt the tour order, disturb other guests, endanger safety, or engage in behavior contrary to public order may be removed from the tour by the guide.

In this case, no refund will be made and any additional expenses incurred will be borne by the relevant guest.

Reservations made via the website, phone, social media, WhatsApp, or online payment systems have the same legal effect as a written reservation.

The guest who completes the reservation process is deemed to have read and accepted the tour program, package tour contract, cancellation-refund conditions, KVKK texts, and these general participation conditions.

Package tour services are subject to the provisions of the Travel Agencies Law No. 1618, the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, and the relevant legislation.

After meeting our valued guests from the specified points, we begin our overnight journey for the Black Sea Tour.

Day 2: Samsun – Giresun Castle – Giresun Island (Panoramic) – Trabzon – Hagia Sophia Mosque – Atatürk Mansion – Of – Maçka – Sumela Monastery

After our night journey, on the 2nd day of the Black Sea Tour we arrive in the region known as the pearl of the Black Sea, and we begin our tour accompanied by magnificent coastal views. First, we head to Giresun and visit Giresun Castle, one of the city’s most important landmarks. While watching the unique blue of the Black Sea from the castle, we also see Giresun Island, located on the Black Sea and the subject of many legends, in a panoramic view. After our photo break accompanied by our guide’s explanations, we continue our journey toward Trabzon. Our first stop in Trabzon is Hagia Sophia Mosque, which has survived from the Byzantine period to the present day and is one of the city’s most important historical structures. After touring this special building, which stands out with its historical texture and architecture, we follow the Of and Maçka route through the lush green nature of the Black Sea and arrive at Atatürk Mansion. We receive information from our guide about this mansion, where Atatürk stayed during his visits to Trabzon and wrote part of his will. Then we proceed into Altındere National Park and arrive at Sümela Monastery, one of the Black Sea’s most important historical and cultural heritage sites. This impressive structure, which appears as if it is suspended from the high cliffs of the valley, fascinates its visitors with its natural beauty and historical past. After our visit around the monastery, we head to our hotel to rest after the day’s fatigue.

Day 3: Uzungöl – Ayder Plateau – Palovit Waterfall – Zilkale – Çat Valley – Elevit Plateau – Çinçiva Şenyuva Bridge – Boxwood Forest

After the breakfast we will have at our hotel in the morning, we head to Uzungöl, one of the first natural beauties that comes to mind when the Black Sea is mentioned. We give free time in Uzungöl, which captivates its visitors with its surrounding lush green mountains, scenery rising through the mist, and peaceful atmosphere. Our guests who wish can take a walk around the lake and take unique photographs of the region. Then we move to the high plateaus region of Rize and visit Ayder Plateau, the most famous plateau of the Black Sea. After breathing in the plateau’s fresh air and exploring its natural beauty, we continue along the Fırtına Valley

and reach Palovit Waterfall, one of the most magnificent natural formations of the Black Sea. With its roaring waters and impressive scenery, Palovit Waterfall will be one of the most special stops of our tour. Afterwards, we head up to Zilkale, one of the historical symbols of the region. This historic castle, located in a dominant position over Fırtına Valley, enchants its visitors with the unique views it offers. After our Zilkale visit, we continue discovering the untouched nature of the Black Sea along the route of Çat Village and Elevit Plateau. Then we reach Şenyuva Village, famous for its stone houses and natural beauty, and stop for photos at the historic Çinçiva Bridge, which has also hosted Black Sea TV series and

films. In the final part of the day, we visit Şimşir Forest, one of the few natural boxwood forests in the world, and get a close look at the region’s unique vegetation. After a day full of unforgettable memories for nature and photography lovers, we return to our hotel.

Day 4: Artvin Borçka Karagöl – Sarp Border Gate – Batumi City Tour

After our breakfast, we set off toward Borçka Karagöl, one of the most impressive natural beauties of the Black Sea region. Hidden among lush green forests, this natural wonder lake offers its guests picture-perfect views with its tranquil atmosphere and unique scenery. After the free time we will have at Karagöl, we head to the Sarp Border Gate to cross into Georgia. After completing the border crossing with our passports or new ID cards, we arrive in Batumi, considered the tourism capital of Georgia. During our Batumi city tour, we see the Middle Mosque, which has survived from the Ottoman period to the present day, Piazza Square bearing traces of European architecture, and St. Nicholas Church. We then visit the historic Gonio Fortress, which has survived from the Roman period to the present day. On our continuing tour in the city center, we discover Batumi’s most important landmarks such as the Alphabet Tower, the Armenian Apostolic Church, the Astronomical Clock Tower, Europe Square, and the Medea Statue. During our walk along Batumi Boulevard, we see the Theater Building, the Poseidon Monument, and the Ali and Nino Statue, which has become the symbol of the city. After the free time we will have in Batumi, with its modern architecture, lively life, and atmosphere that combines European and Caucasian culture, we return to Turkey and head to our hotel.


Border Crossing Notes:

According to the Turkey – Georgia agreement, a new chip-enabled ID card is mandatory.

Driver’s license, institutional ID, etc. are not valid.

Those under 18 cannot cross without a mother or father; a notarized consent form is required.

IDs must not be worn out.

The overseas departure tax ( 1250 ₺ ) is the guests’ responsibility.

Day 5: Haremtepe Çeçeva Tea Garden – Sürmene Knife Workshop – Local Products – Ordu – Boztepe – Istanbul

On the last day of our tour, after breakfast, we are heading to Haremtepe Çeçeva Tea Gardens, one of the most photographed spots in the Black Sea region. During the break we will take among the tea fields that give a sense of endless greenery, you can take unique photos and enjoy the soothing nature of the Black Sea. Then we head to Sürmene and visit the knife workshop where the world-famous Sürmene Knives are produced. After learning about this tradition, which has been carried on for centuries and produced by hand, we have the opportunity to shop. Then we set free time at the shopping point where the region’s famous teas, honeys, butters, and various local products are available. Following the Black Sea coast, we arrive in Ordu and go up to Boztepe, the city’s most important viewpoint. At this spot where we can view the Black Sea from a bird’s-eye perspective, we sip our teas accompanied by unforgettable views and take the final photos of our tour. After the free time we will give, full of beautiful memories
