PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT  

This tour is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people.  If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour start date. The canceled tour due to insufficient participation will be communicated to you through your agency.

You must have a passport that is valid for 6 months from the end date of the trip and not older than 10 years.

For destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the “Documents Required for Visa” list that your agency will send ձեզ.

In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; such passports must be renewed, and if it is a country that applies a visa to T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.

Since our guests under 18 years of age may be asked for a document showing the mutual consent of the parents by the police officer on duty at the country entry and exit points when traveling alone or with only one of their mother or father; we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents pay attention to this matter.

HEALTH 

We do not expect to encounter any health-threatening issues with meals taken in the region’s good restaurants and hotels. However, when you are not with the group, we recommend being careful about food and drink, definitely consuming bottled water, avoiding ice, milk, and dairy products, eating meat and fish products that you are sure are well cooked, and for fruit, eating fruits with peel that can be removed, such as bananas and pineapples. Current vaccination/PCR rules must be followed at country entry and upon return to the homeland.

OPTIONAL TOURS & ACTIVITIES        

Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency we receive service from with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If sufficient numbers cannot be reached, the trips cannot be carried out, or the prices, content, and vehicle to be used for optional tours/activities may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of extra tours/activities may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums, archaeological sites, or venues at the destinations and according to weather conditions.

ACCOMMODATION     

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at a distance greater than the stated km.

Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed provided to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are folding or coach beds, participants booking for a 3rd person and/or child are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible tightness in the room and the bed type.

Child discounts are valid for only one (1) child staying with 2 adults and falling within the age group specified in the pricing section.

Breakfasts taken at the hotel among the services included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and generally with a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.

The Eastern United States region is 8 hours behind Turkey in time zone.

For example, while it is 16:30 in Turkey, it is 08:30 in Eastern America.

CLOTHING AND REQUIRED ITEMS    

If traveling in the summer season, we recommend bringing t-shirts that can be easily put on and taken off, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton pants, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a light jacket for the evenings, and a thin sweater. In addition, you may also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, a video camera, and their chargers and spare memory cards. In winter, we recommend clothing that allows comfortable movement and keeps you warm.

FOOD CULTURE            

The country does not have a distinctive cuisine, and a fast-food-oriented culture prevails. However, you can see many culinary cultures in the states. Although Chinese cuisine is common, you can find Turkish cuisine dishes in many states. Although there is no food culture, its cuisine embraces many cultures.

ELECTRICITY            

The electric current used in America is 110 volts. In Turkey, it is 220 volts. We recommend that you bring a plug adapter with you.

SHOPPING          

Shopping opportunities are available in shopping centers located in city centers and in small businesses selling souvenirs.

IMPORTANT NOTES            

Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for a visa-required destination/passport) does not mean that entry into the country is guaranteed. The passport police have the authority to deny you entry into the country. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.

The agency is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and special flights, or times may change before the existing trip and flight. The agency is obliged to announce these changes as soon as possible. The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of up to 2-3 hours, organized for the general introduction of cities and carried out panoramically from the vehicle with guide narration, excluding museum and archaeological site entrances. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, if they cannot take place on the day and time corresponding to the tour due to local authorities not allowing visits or entry, or due to closed roads because of any event, and likewise when the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions, Bin Rota is not responsible for the failure of such tours. Some tours may be carried out by public transportation or on foot, within possibilities, at points where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not allowed.

Tour Program
Istanbul - San Francisco
After meeting your guide at the Istanbul Airport International Terminal, proceed to the Turkish Airlines counter for baggage and ticket procedures before departing on a Turkish Airlines scheduled flight to San Francisco. Upon arrival in San Francisco, you will be transferred from the airport via private vehicle to your hotel (check-in is available from 15:00 onwards). For the remainder of the day, guests who wish may join an optional guided city tour of San Francisco organized by your guide at an additional cost of USD 100 per person. During this tour, you will have the opportunity to explore the city more closely, visiting landmarks such as Civic Center, Fisherman's Wharf, Chinatown, Twin Peaks, Haight-Ashbury (the historic hippie district), the Palace of Fine Arts, and Lombard Street. After the tour, you will have free time for dinner before transferring back to your hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.
San Francisco
The entire day is free time. Guests who wish may join an optional tour organized by our guide, covering Sausalito, Alcatraz by boat, Fisherman's Wharf, the Cable Car, and Union Square ($120). We will depart for Sausalito in our private vehicle, a charming town once home to high-ranking officials of San Francisco and now inhabited by some of its wealthiest residents. After approximately 15 minutes by bus, we arrive in this picturesque coastal village. Strolling along the waterfront, you'll admire its beautiful homes and enjoy coffee at seaside cafés with stunning views of San Francisco and the bay. Next, as we return to San Francisco by boat, you'll have the opportunity to photograph Alcatraz, once known as the world's most inescapable prison, while also taking in breathtaking panoramic views of the city. Our boat docks at Pier 39, one of San Francisco's iconic landmarks. After a brief visit to observe the sunbathing sea lions, you'll have free time for lunch at a restaurant of your choice, selected based on your guide's recommendations. Following lunch, we'll embark on a delightful journey through famous San Francisco streets aboard the legendary Cable Cars (red trams) to Union Square. Other highlights include the bustling Fashion District, the Golden Gate Bridge, and Chinatown. After free time for dinner, we'll transfer back to our hotel for overnight accommodation.
San Francisco - Las Vegas
In the morning, we depart from our hotel and head to San Francisco International Airport for our flight to Las Vegas. After a short flight of less than two hours, we arrive at Las Vegas Airport and transfer to our hotel via a private vehicle waiting for us upon arrival. Upon checking in, guests who wish may join an optional extra shopping trip to the Outlet malls and a panoramic city tour organized by our guide (USD 70 per person). Following the shopping excursion, we take a panoramic tour along the famous Las Vegas Strip, exploring its iconic hotels, before returning to the hotel. In the evening, you are invited to experience Las Vegas's world-renowned shows or try your luck at thousands of gaming tables and slot machines. Overnight stay at our hotel.
Las Vegas
The entire day is free time. Guests who wish may join the Grand Canyon Tour, organized by our guides at an additional cost of $250 per person. We depart from our hotel in a private vehicle early in the morning, heading to the Grand Canyon located in Arizona State, Las Vegas. After approximately two hours of travel, we arrive at the Grand Canyon. We then board buses for a guided tour of the area. Our final stop is Eagle Point, where you have the opportunity to capture breathtaking photos of the canyon from just beside the 800-meter-high cliff. Here, you also have the chance to photograph the tents of the Hualapai Native Americans. From there, we reboard the bus and head to Guano Point. Afterwards, we return to the terminal, get back into our vehicle, and set off for the journey back to Las Vegas. This magnificent canyon, one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World and a site that must be seen at least once in a lifetime, offers a unique opportunity to meet the Hualapai Native Americans. We highly recommend not missing this tour. After the tour, we return to our hotel for overnight accommodation.
Las Vegas - Los Angeles
We depart from our hotel in the morning and head to Los Angeles, one of the largest cities in the United States, with our private vehicle. Upon arrival in Los Angeles, you may join the Los Angeles City Tour (120 USD per person), which will be organized additionally by your guide. We will take a tour introducing Los Angeles, known as the City of Angels and the second-largest city in America. Our first stop is Hollywood Boulevard, recognizable from movies. Here we will see the Kodak Theater (now renamed "Dolby Theater") where the Oscars are held, the Chinese Theatre where famous movie premieres take place, hand and footprints of cinema and music artists, and also the Walk of Fame. Additionally, from this area, you will have the chance to photograph the iconic Hollywood sign written in large letters. Then, we pass through the famous Sunset Strip boulevard to Santa Monica Boulevard and reach Beverly Hills. There, we will see Beverly Hills' famous symbol. Afterward, we take a short walk on the famous Rodeo Drive, where the film "Pretty Woman" was shot and the world's most luxurious stores are located, and we will see the Beverly Wilshire Hotel, which was the residence for years of stars such as Elvis Presley and John Lennon. Leaving Rodeo Drive, we proceed to Downtown, known as the center of Los Angeles. Places we will see here include Olvera Street, the skyscrapers forming the silhouette of Los Angeles, and the historic centers formed when the city was first established. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel. After room distribution, you will have free time to rest. In the evening, guests who wish may join the Santa Monica Tour (60 USD per person), which will be organized additionally by your guide. In the brightly lit Santa Monica, filled with street artist performances, you can relax by having something to drink in stylish cafes, or enjoy your dinner at one of the restaurants located in this beautiful place. Overnight at our hotel.

Los Angeles
Free time all day. Guests who wish can join the San Diego Tour (USD 170 per person) organized by their guides as an extra activity. In San Diego, which has been selected as America's most beautiful city for years, our first stop is La Jolla. Famous for its seal beach and coastline, in La Jolla you will witness the harmony of nature and luxury homes and take plenty of photos. Leaving La Jolla, we head to our second stop, Old Town. In Old Town, the birthplace of California, you will feel as if you are in Mexico with an atmosphere waiting for you. After Old Town; Sea Port Village, Midway aircraft carrier, the Unconditional Surrender Statue sculpture which is a symbolic visual of World War II, Coronado island where the US Navy base is located and also home to the Hotel Del Coronado, which is America's largest wooden building and was also used as a filming location for the movie "Some Like It Hot", are among the places we will visit. After the tour, return to the hotel and overnight at our hotel.
NOTE: The visit to the Midway aircraft carrier will be done only from outside with photography.
Los Angeles - New York
The entire day is free time. Those who wish may join an optional guided tour of Universal Studios (USD 250 per person), organized by their guide at an additional cost. As one of the world's largest theme parks, Universal Studios offers you the chance to see up close how films that helped shape the American dream were made and to meet their iconic characters. With creative direction from globally renowned director Steven Spielberg, you will gain a deeper understanding of why Universal Studios ranks as the number one studio and entertainment park in the world. However, this park is not just about fun; it is also the product of over a century of experience in cinema history and technology. More than 40 shows, film sets, and attractions will not only captivate and entertain you but also leave you breathless as you feel as though you are truly inside the movies themselves. After the tour, you will be transferred to the airport and take a domestic flight within the United States to New York overnight. You will spend the night on the plane.
New York
We arrive in New York early in the morning. Upon arrival, we depart from the airport with our private vehicle and head to our hotel for transfer. (Check-in at the hotel is available from 15:00 onwards.) Guests who wish may optionally join the additional New York City Tour ($100 per person). Our tour of one of the world's most exciting and vibrant cities begins at Central Park, which covers an area larger than Monaco and is adorned with thousands of plant species. We then proceed to Times Square, the pulsating heart of the city, followed by the New York Public Library, Bryant Park, Grand Central Terminal—home to countless films—the Empire State Building (exterior view), and Rockefeller Center shopping complex, concluding our tour. Afterward, we return to our hotel for overnight accommodation.
New York
The entire day is free time. Guests who wish may join an optional tour of New York Icons (USD 200 per person). First, we board a boat to Liberty Island, home to the Statue of Liberty, one of the most iconic symbols of New York and the United States. According to legend, due to concerns that such a massive statue would provoke public backlash if erected in Egypt, it was stored for years in a warehouse in France before being completed with additions by French artisans and gifted to the U.S. After viewing the monument up close, we return by boat to New York City. Next, we visit the Financial District and the World Trade Center. Then, we take high-speed elevators to the 101st floor of One World Observatory, where you can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of New York from 386 meters above ground and capture memorable photos. After savoring this magnificent scenery, we take a walk across the Brooklyn Bridge—famous for its historical elephant load tests and frequent appearances in TV shows and films—and conclude our tour with a visit to Chinatown before returning to our hotel. Overnight stay at our hotel.
New York - Istanbul
We are completing our check-out procedures from the hotel this morning. You will have free time until the afternoon, after which you will be transferred to New York JFK Airport. Following baggage handling, ticketing, and customs procedures, we will fly to Istanbul on a Turkish Airlines scheduled flight. Overnight stay will be on board the aircraft.
