** Guests traveling to France are required to have travel insurance. Guests must carry their policy documents upon entry into the country.
***Our tour program is organized subject to a minimum of 40 participants. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notice date will be 21 days prior to the tour departure. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified by Pcs Tur.
***In cases where only category information is provided without specifying hotel names in the tour program and/or when options exist for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by Pcs Tur 48 hours before the tour departure.
***During periods such as trade fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located at distances greater than those specified in kilometers. In such cases, information will be provided by Pcs Tur at least 15 days prior to the tour departure date.
***Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability; beds assigned to the third person in such rooms are smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of one large bed plus one additional bed. Since these additional beds are foldable or convertible (often referred to as coach beds), tour participants booking triple rooms for the third person and/or children are deemed to have accepted potential room crowding and the type of bed involved. Child discounts apply only to a single child within the eligible age group accompanying two adults.
***Breakfasts included in the tour package, as part of the local breakfast culture, are generally served as a limited continental menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate room dedicated to the group.
***Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are brief tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, designed for general city introduction with commentary from the guide inside the vehicle. They do not include entrance fees to museums or historical sites. Pcs Tur is not liable if such panoramic tours cannot be conducted due to reasons including but not limited to: restrictions imposed by local authorities preventing access or visits on the scheduled day/time (even for other tours included in the program), closed roads due to events, or adverse weather conditions making the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted on foot or via public transport where vehicle access is restricted, within available means.
***Optional excursions are organized by our local partner Pcs Tur subject to a minimum of 20 participants. If this number is not reached, the excursions may not take place, or optional excursion prices, content, and vehicles used may vary based on participant numbers. Additionally, the days and times of these tours may be changed by the guide depending on opening/closing status of museums and historical sites at the destinations, as well as weather conditions.
***Optional tours are voluntary and not mandatory. Passengers who choose not to participate in optional tours arranged during the trip are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at the roadside rest facility before the optional tour begins and picked up again from that location after the main tour is completed.
***Pcs Tur acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol of September 28, 1955. There may be risks of delays in scheduled and charter flights, or flight times may change prior to the current trip and flight. Pcs Tur is obligated to notify passengers of any such changes as soon as possible. By purchasing the trip, the passenger accepts the risk of schedule changes.
