***During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such cases, information will be provided by Pcs Tur 15 days before the tour departure date.
***Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability; in these rooms, the bed allocated for the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable or convertible (known as coach beds), tour participants booking triple rooms for the 3rd person and/or children are deemed to have accepted any potential crowding in the room and the type of bed. Child discounts apply only to one child accompanying two adults within the eligible age group.

***Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are sightseeing tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, conducted from the vehicle with guide commentary for general city introduction, and do not include entry to museums or historical sites. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, may not take place if local authorities do not permit visiting, entering, or accessing certain areas on the scheduled day and time, or due to closures caused by events, closed roads, or adverse weather conditions making the tour impossible. In such cases, Pcs Tur is not liable for the inability to conduct these tours. Some tours may be carried out via public transport or on foot, depending on available facilities, at points where vehicle access is restricted or roads are closed.
***Optional tours are organized by our local partner, Pcs Tur, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not met, excursions may not take place, or optional tour prices, content, and vehicles used may vary based on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of tours may be changed by the guide depending on the opening/closing status of museums and historical sites at the destinations and weather conditions.
***Optional tours are voluntary and not mandatory. Passengers who choose not to participate in optional tours organized during the trip are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at the roadside rest facility before the optional tour begins and picked up from that location after the main tour is completed.
***Pcs Tur acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955.
