During check-in, a deposit in the amount determined by the facility may be charged to the guest’s credit card as an authorization or requested in cash. Any extra expenses incurred at the facility apart from services such as the market, hairdresser, and water sports usage (à la carte restaurant, minibar, paid drinks, etc.), or any material damages that may be caused by the guest at the facility, will be deducted from this deposit.

If guests do not make any expenses during the vacation, the deposit fee will be refunded on the day of check-out. If the deposit was taken in cash, the refund will be made directly. For deposit amounts collected by credit card or debit card, the refund request is forwarded to the bank by the facility. The time it takes for the refund to reflect on the payment card varies depending on the bank’s refund period.

In the regions where reservations are made, water, electricity, and similar service interruptions that may occur within the scope of planned infrastructure works, maintenance and repair activities, and conservation measures implemented by the relevant official institutions or energy/water distribution companies are outside the control of Turilla Travel and the facility.

No cancellation, refund, or compensation claim may be made due to service disruptions caused by natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, and decisions taken by public authorities.

Guests are advised to follow announcements from the relevant official institutions before traveling.

Location, maps, and the distance of the hotel to common areas are provided for informational purposes as much as possible. No responsibility is accepted regarding the accuracy of this information. It is the traveler’s own responsibility to contact the hotel directly in order to obtain the most up-to-date full location information and directions. The person making the reservation is obliged to enter the names of all people who will stay at the hotel correctly. It is the person’s responsibility to ensure that the correct email address and the correct mobile phone number for transfers are entered when making the reservation.

For guests under 18 to stay at the facility without their parent or guardian, the original consent letter, drawn up by the parent/guardian in the presence of a notary, must be presented to the facility during the reservation process.

If custody is joint; if the mother and child will stay together, the father’s consent is mandatory, and if the father and child will stay together, the mother’s consent is mandatory.

In cases where the mother and father are staying together at the facility, both the mother’s and the father’s consent is required for the child to stay in a different room accompanied by a family friend, friend, or relative.

If the child comes to the facility accompanied by a family friend, friend, or relative without the mother and father, the consent of both the mother and the father is also required.
