Please read the following terms carefully before making a tour reservation. All guests who make a reservation shall be deemed to have accepted the following terms.

Information for Our Guests from the Turilla Travel Family:

"Dear guests,

• In order for the reservation to be finalized, it is mandatory to provide the full name, Turkish ID number, date of birth, and contact information completely and accurately.

• The guest is responsible for any consequences arising from insurance, accommodation, transportation, border crossings, and official procedures that may result from incomplete or incorrectly declared information.

• Reservations cannot be made for tours that do not accept infants aged 0–2.

• Guests under the age of 18 cannot participate in the tour without the consent of their legal representative.

• The use of seat belts is mandatory throughout all journeys.

• Standing up, moving around inside the vehicle, or engaging in behavior that distracts the driver while the vehicle is in motion is prohibited.

• Alcoholic beverages may not be consumed inside the vehicle.

• Behavior that disturbs other guests is not permitted inside the vehicle.

• Guests should not speak loudly during the guide's commentary and should avoid actions that disrupt the tour flow.

• The consumption of sunflower seeds, strongly scented foods, and products that may disturb other guests may not be permitted inside the vehicle.

• The power outlets in the vehicles may only be used to charge phones and similar low-power devices.

• Seat numbers are determined according to the order of reservation and operational planning.

• No guarantee of a specific seat is provided during or after the reservation.

• Seat arrangements may be changed due to vehicle changes, operational requirements, or technical reasons.

• No refund or compensation may be requested due to seat arrangements.

• Large luggage is not permitted inside the vehicles.

• Hand luggage may not contain sharp, pointed, or dangerous items that could jeopardize safety.

• The guest is responsible for safeguarding money, phones, computers, passports, identity cards, jewelry, and other valuables.

• Our agency is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen in vehicles, hotels, or points of visit.

• For security and operational reasons, luggage may not be opened outside the designated times.

• The sightseeing points and times specified in the tour program are for informational purposes.

• The program may be changed due to weather conditions, road conditions, traffic, decisions of official authorities, natural disasters, technical failures, congestion, or other force majeure events.

• The guide may change the order of visits provided that the general structure of the tour program is maintained.

• Guests are required to comply with the departure and meeting times announced by the guide.

• Our agency is not responsible for services missed due to a guest's delay.

• No refund or compensation may be requested for visits included in the tour program that cannot be carried out due to force majeure.

• Departure and return times may vary depending on traffic, weather conditions, official inspections, and road conditions.

• Tour completion times are approximate, and our agency cannot be held responsible for delays.

• Upon return, guests will be dropped off at locations deemed appropriate by the operation.

• Room assignments are made by the hotel management.

• No guarantee is provided for a room number, floor, view, or specific room.

• An additional fee may apply for single occupancy.

• The relevant guest is responsible for material damage caused by the guest at hotels or accommodation facilities.

• Optional tours and activities are not mandatory.

• The operation of optional tours depends on a sufficient number of participants and operational conditions.

• No cancellation or refund is available for purchased optional tours, activities, or services.

• Optional tour prices may change periodically. The valid price is the price applicable on the tour's departure date.

• Guests who do not participate in optional tours shall be deemed to have accepted staying at the waiting points designated by the guide.

• Unless otherwise stated in the program, entrance fees for museums, archaeological sites, cable cars, boats, national parks, and similar attractions are not included in the tour price.

• The use of a Museum Card and entrance fees are the guest's responsibility.

• Travel health insurance is subject to the policy terms of the relevant insurance companies.

• Situations outside the scope of insurance are the responsibility of the relevant insurance company.

• The participant acknowledges that their health condition is suitable for the tour.

• Our agency is not responsible for consequences arising from existing health conditions.

• Obtaining passports, visas, residence permits, international departure fees, consent forms, and other official documents is the guest's responsibility.

• Our agency bears no responsibility if permission to enter or leave a country is not granted at border gates or by official authorities.

• No refund may be requested for trips that cannot take place for these reasons.

• Personal data shared by the guest may be processed for the purposes of fulfilling reservation, transportation, accommodation, insurance, and legal obligations.

• Where necessary, personal data may be shared with hotels, carrier companies, insurance companies, official institutions, and service providers.

• The guest making the reservation declares that they have read and accepted the KVKK Information Notice.

• Photographs and videos taken during the tour may be used in promotional, advertising, social media, and website activities.

• Guests who do not accept this use must notify us in writing before the start of the tour.

• Causing harm to the environment, littering, or engaging in behavior that disrupts public order during the tour is prohibited.

• Guests are expected to respect the cultural and natural values of the areas visited.

• Compliance with the instructions of the guide and tour staff is mandatory.

• Persons who disrupt the tour order, disturb other guests, endanger safety, or engage in behavior contrary to public order may be removed from the tour by the guide.

• In such cases, no refund will be made, and any additional costs that may arise shall be borne by the relevant guest.

• Reservations made through the website, telephone, social media, WhatsApp, or online payment systems have the same legal effect as written reservations.

• A guest who completes the reservation process shall be deemed to have read and accepted the tour program, package tour agreement, cancellation-refund terms, KVKK texts, and these general participation terms.

• Package tour services are subject to the provisions of Travel Agencies Law No. 1618, Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, and the relevant legislation.
