CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
This tour is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 30 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days prior to the start of the tour. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your travel agency.

HEALTH
There are no mandatory vaccinations for entry into England and Scotland. We do not believe that there will be any health-threatening issues with food consumed in the excellent restaurants and hotels of the region. However, we advise you to be careful regarding food and drink when you are not with the group; definitely consume bottled water with a sealed cap; avoid ice, milk and dairy products; consume meat and fish products only if you are sure they are well cooked; and for fruits, we recommend eating those that can be peeled, such as bananas and pineapples.

OPTIONAL TOURS & EVENTS
Optional tours and events are organized by the local agency providing our services with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people and participation is not mandatory. If the required number is not met, the tours may not take place, or optional tour/event prices, content, and vehicles used may vary depending on the number of participants. Additionally, the dates and times of optional tours/events may be changed by the guide based on whether museums, historical sites, or venues are open or closed, and weather conditions.
ACCOMMODATION
During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located further than the indicated kilometers.
Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. In such rooms, the bed provided for the 3rd person may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of one large bed and one extra bed. Since extra beds are folding or coach beds, participants who are the 3rd person and/or children booking are considered to have accepted potential crowding in the room and the type of bed.
Child discounts apply only for one child within the age group specified in the pricing section, staying with two adults.
Breakfasts included in the tour package, as part of the services, are served according to the breakfast culture of the country visited, generally as a continental breakfast consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall dedicated to the group.
TIME ZONE
There is a 2-hour difference between Turkey and England.
CLOTHING AND ESSENTIAL ITEMS
We recommend bringing t-shirts that are easy to put on and take off, short-sleeved and long-sleeved shirts, cotton trousers, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a raincoat, a light jacket for evenings, and a light sweater. Additionally, you may bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, a video camera, and their chargers and spare memory cards.
FOOD CULTURE
English cuisine is very close to European cuisine. Roast beef, fish & chips, English breakfast, sautéed mushrooms, grilled tomatoes, and baked beans are the most famous dishes.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for destinations/passports where a visa is required) does not guarantee entry into the country. The border police have the authority to deny you entry. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility lies with the traveler.
The agency acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol of September 28, 1955. There may be risks of delays in scheduled and special flights, or times may change before the current tour and flight. The agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers purchase the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 years do not pay airport taxes or airport service fees.
Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours organized for general introduction to cities, conducted panoramically with guide commentary from inside the vehicle, and do not include entrance to museums or historical sites. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, may not take place if local authorities do not permit visits or entry on the designated day and time, due to closures caused by events, or if it becomes impossible to conduct the tour due to weather conditions. In such cases, the agency is not responsible for the inability to carry out the aforementioned tours. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot, where possible, in locations where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted.
