***Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 40 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the tour, the latest cancellation notification date is 21 days before the tour departure. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be announced by PCSTUR.
***In cases where only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying names, and/or where there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by PCSTUR 48 hours before the tour departure.
***During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km. In such a case, information will be provided by PCSTUR 15 days before the tour departure date.
*** Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability, and in such rooms the bed assigned to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are folding beds or coach beds, tour participants are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible cramped conditions in the rooms and the bed type for 3rd person and/or child reservations. Child discounts are valid for one child only, staying with 2 adults, who falls within the relevant age group.
***Breakfasts included among the services in the tour program are served at the hotel in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and are generally presented as a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.
***The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, conducted panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide narration, and lasting at most 2-3 hours, excluding museum and archaeological site entrance fees. PCSTUR is not responsible for the failure of such tours, including other tours specified in the program, to take place if, on the day and time of the tour, they cannot be visited or entered by decision of local authorities, or if they do not take place due to closed roads because of any event, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may, where possible, be conducted by public transport or on foot in places with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted.
***Extra tours are organized by the local PCSTUR we work with, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If the sufficient number is not reached, the excursions cannot be carried out, or the prices, content, and vehicle to be used for extra excursions may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums and archaeological sites at the destinations and weather conditions.
***Extra tours are optional at the participant’s request and are not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours arranged during the tour are deemed to have accepted waiting at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at a roadside rest facility before the extra tour begins and picked up from the point where they were left after the tour is completed.
***PCSTUR is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and special flights, or times may change before the current excursion and flight. PCSTUR is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the excursion accepting the risk of schedule changes.
Izmir (ADB) – Podgorica – Budva
Meeting with our valued guests at the international departures terminal of Adnan Menderes Airport at least 3 hours before the flight. Following the ticket, baggage and passport procedures, departure for Podgorica at 15:55 on SunExpress flight XQ 950. Arrival in Podgorica at 16:45 local time. Following passport procedures, we set off for Budva. In Budva, one of the most famous holiday resorts in the Balkans with its magnificent beaches and vibrant nightlife, we will visit Stari Grad (the old town center) and the fortress during the walking tour after arrival. Afterwards, transfer to our hotel for accommodation and check-in. Our guests may enjoy Budva’s nightlife at various beautiful restaurants and entertainment venues. Overnight at our hotel.

Budva (Tivat-Porto Montenegro-Perast-Kotor)
After breakfast, optional full-day Kotor and Fjords Tour (75 Euros). On this tour, we will see Tivat, Porto Montenegro, Kotor and Perast, and we will also take a boat trip to and from the island of Our Lady of the Rocks in Perast. First, we will depart for Tivat and visit the Porto Montenegro marina, known for its luxurious development. Afterwards, we will tour Kotor, the region’s touristic and historic city, surrounded by white stones and illuminated by the Mediterranean sun, which is included on the UNESCO World Natural and Historical Heritage List, as well as Kotor Bay and the historic fortified city. Located in southwestern Montenegro and southern Croatia on the Adriatic coast, Kotor is Europe’s largest fjord after Norway and a natural harbor. It consists of four bays connected by narrow straits. The bare mountains surrounding the bay descend steeply toward the coast. After the Kotor city tour we will take together, there will be free time for personal sightseeing and activities. Afterwards, we will visit Perast, a charming baroque town famous for the small islands of Kotor Bay. We will take a pleasant private boat ride to the island of “Our Lady of the Rocks,” visit the island and return. Perast is one of the most beautiful places in Montenegro for swimming in the sea; do not forget to bring your swimsuit. After enjoying the sea and sun in Perast, we will return to Budva. Guests who wish may optionally join the Montenegrin Night with live music in the evening. (75 Euros) On this tour, a special dinner with live music and limited drinks will be served at a lovely restaurant on the Budva coast.
Menu: starter plate with cheese and dried meat, shopska salad, grilled sea bass served with potatoes and spinach sauce, dessert, 1 local rakija and 1 soft drink (wine/beer/cola, etc.).
Guests who do not eat fish may change their main course to meatballs or chicken, provided that they inform us one day in advance. Overnight stay at our hotel.

Budva (Cetinje- Virpazar- Lake Skadar- Bar- Sveti Stefan)
After breakfast, an optional half-day boat tour of the Budva Coast, Petrovac and Sveti Stefan (75 euros). On this tour, we begin our excursion by boarding our private boat from the Budva coast, taking swimming breaks first at Sveti Nikola (Hawai) Island and then at Sveti Stefan Island. Continuing by boat, we arrive at the charming town of Petrovac. We spend approximately 2 hours on the private boat. Petrovac, a small tourist town on the Adriatic coast, is also one of Montenegro’s oldest coastal towns. We enjoy the sea and sun on the beaches of Petrovac. After lunch, which will be taken independently, we leave Petrovac and return by land in a private vehicle. On the way back, we see Sveti Stefan from land this time, with its magnificent scenery. Sveti Stefan, which was once a settlement for fishermen, was restored and brought into tourism through the nationalization of the island and its subsequent sale to a Singaporean hotel chain. In the 15th century, it was a village protected by walls. Sveti Stefan Island, which was a fishing town until the 1950s, was also visited for a period in the 1960s, 1970s and 1980s by celebrities such as Sofia Loren, Marilyn Monroe and Liz Taylor. We take a photo break at a location offering a panoramic view of Sveti Stefan and return to Budva.
*** Outside the sea season (during the spring, autumn and winter periods), this tour will be conducted by road without a boat as the “Budva Coast, Sveti Stefan, Petrovac and Stari Bar Tour.” Guests who wish may join the afternoon optional Lake Skadar Boat Tour, Montenegro’s former royal capital Cetinje and Dinner at a National Restaurant Tour (110 Euros). On this tour, we will first depart for the charming town of Virpazar, where we will see Lake Skadar. In Virpazar, we will enjoy a pleasant excursion by private boat in Lake Skadar National Park. You will have the opportunity to taste Montenegro’s famous wines on the boat. It will be a wonderful privilege to see pelicans on the lake, the largest lake in the Balkans and home to around 250 different bird species. After the boat tour on the lake, we will explore Cetinje, Montenegro’s former royal capital. Among the places we will see during our panoramic tour here are the former Turkish Consulate, the small Cetinje Square, King Nikola’s house and the historic Serbian Orthodox monastery. Dinner will be served at one of Montenegro’s famous national and local restaurants, accompanied by the sunset.
Menu: Seasonal salad, cheese platter, meat platter (beef) with boiled potatoes in sauce, and 1 large glass of local wine.
With this meal, we will have the opportunity to experience Montenegro’s local cheeses, meats and wines.
Guests who do not eat meat may receive a suitable main course, provided that they notify us one day in advance. Overnight at our hotel.

Budva (Herceg Novi)
After breakfast, a free day with the opportunity for shopping, sightseeing, and enjoying the sea and sun. In the morning, for guests who wish, an extra full-day Herceg Novi, Portonovi, Jumbo Shopping, and Lovcen National Park Tour by Cable Car (75 Euro). On this tour, we will first see Herceg Novi, the historic city known for its natural beauty and vegetation, and famous for the scent of linden trees, located on the border with Croatia. We will explore “the City of Fortresses” Herceg Novi on foot. The places we will see include Nikola Durković Square, the Clock Tower, Bloody Tower, Belavista Square, St. Archangel Michael Church, Forte Mare Fortress, and the statue of King Tvrtko. After our walk, you can enjoy the sea and sun on the beaches of Herceg Novi. (Don’t forget to bring your swimsuit.) Then we will see Portonovi marina, one of Montenegro’s new luxury tourism investments. In the afternoon, on our way back to Budva, we will stop for about 1.5 hours at Jumbo Shopping Center for shopping. (Jumbo is closed on Sundays.) During the shopping break, guests who wish can take the new cable car up to Lovcen mountains and be mesmerized by the magnificent view of the bays of Kotor, Tivat, Risan, and Herceg Novi from an altitude of approximately 1,316 meters. (An additional 35 Euro is charged for transfer to the cable car and cable car round trip.) As an alternative, guests who wish can join the full-day lunch included Mostar and Blagaj Tour (150 euro). For guests who would like to see another country, Bosnia and Herzegovina, by dedicating just one day while in Montenegro, the Mostar tour is an attractive option. We depart from the hotel at around 7:00 in the morning. After crossing the Bosnia and Herzegovina border, we first visit the magnificent Blagaj area, where we will see the Blagaj Dervish Tekke, the first lodge of Bosnia. We will have our lunch at a special restaurant by the river. (Grilled fish, salad, beverage) Then we continue to the historic city of Mostar. On our walking tour in Mostar, we will see Ottoman monuments, Koski Mehmed Pasha Mosque, and the famous Mostar Bridge. The bridge, built in 1557 by Mimar Hayreddin, is a masterpiece of Ottoman architecture. The bridge was destroyed by Croatian artillery during the war in 1992, but with major contributions from the Republic of Turkey, it was reopened in 2004. After free time for your personal sightseeing and activities, we return. Overnight at our hotel.
Budva – Podgorica – İzmir (ADB)
After breakfast, we proceed to Podgorica Airport. Following your baggage and ticket procedures, we depart for Izmir on SunExpress flight XQ 951 at 16:40. Arrival at Adnan Menderes Airport at 19:20 local time, and the end of our tour.
