CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

ABOUT PAYMENT ON THE VEHICLE AND VEHICLE DEPARTURE

For prepaid reservations, the remaining amount will be collected inside the vehicle only in cash.

You must be ready at your departure points 15 minutes before your departure time. You can find your departure points under the “GENERAL INFORMATION” category of the relevant tour on our website and in the captions of the posts about your tour on our social media accounts.

One day before the tour, your guide will contact you between 17:00–23:00, or you will be informed via SMS by our system. Otherwise, you can obtain information through our 0501 706 09 49 WhatsApp information line.

CANCELLATION, REFUND AND DATE CHANGE

For tours with accommodation, you may request cancellation, a refund or a date change 10 days before the tour; for day tours, you may do so 3 days (72 hours) before the tour.

No cancellation or refund will be made if you do not participate in extra activity reservations purchased during the tour.

If the specified periods are exceeded, your payment will automatically be forfeited.

Except for this, in cancellations originating from Turilla Travel, your payment will be refunded unconditionally.

In the event that there are not enough participants, Turilla Travel has the right to cancel the existing tour 24 hours in advance.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Under no circumstances can a seat number be promised or guaranteed during the tour.

Our vehicles depart from the designated departure points for each tour at the specified times. Please be ready at the departure point at least 5 minutes before the departure time.

Our vehicles depart at the scheduled departure time. Guests who are late and therefore unable to join the tour cannot claim any rights.

For international tours, when children under the age of 18 who are not legally adults do not participate in the tour together with one or both of their parents, the required consent documents must be carried by the individuals during the journey.

Our tour is a package consisting of guiding, transportation, accommodation and local excursions and cannot be considered separately. Unused transportation, accommodation, local excursions and similar rights will not be refunded.

If sufficient participation cannot be achieved, the tour may be postponed to a different date or cancelled. In such a case, our guests will be informed 1 (one) day in advance.

The minimum number of participants is 25.

Turilla Travel is absolutely not responsible for places that cannot be visited even though they are included in our tour program due to force majeure (weather, road conditions, crowds at places of visit, etc.) or because our guests do not comply with the timings provided by our guide.

When the required number of participants is not reached, Turilla Travel may send guests to a different agency offering the same or a similar tour program in order not to cancel the tour. This is intended to prevent the guest’s holiday plan from being disrupted.

The return times of the tours may vary depending on traffic congestion; a definite and exact return time is not provided.

No fee is charged for babies and children aged 0–3, provided that no seat or bed is allocated.

Foreign guests who are not citizens of the Republic of Türkiye do not pay an additional difference for this tour.

Since the Museum Card application is exclusive to citizens of the Republic of Türkiye, Museum Cards are not provided to our foreign guests.

The most recently published circular renders the previous circular invalid.

Whether extra tours are operated or cancelled is determined by Turilla Travel according to appropriate terms and conditions.

Participation in extra tours is not mandatory. Guests who do not participate will be given free time at a suitable point determined by our company.

After luggage is handed over to the baggage compartment during the journey, it will absolutely not be opened until we arrive at the hotel where we will stay. Please keep all items you may need, such as medication and clothing, with you.

POINTS TO NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL TOURS

Participating customers must have a Multi (Multiple-Entry) Schengen visa valid for the entire duration of the tour.

Holders of green passports are exempt from visas.

Having Euros with you is sufficient for all shopping and expenses included in the program during the tour. When the local currency is used, the guide will assist with currency exchange.

Our tours include daily seat changes; fixed seats and front seats are not assigned. Seat changes are arranged by the vehicle guide.

During the journey, the waiting time at border gates crossed by road may exceed standard limits. Turilla Travel cannot be held responsible for any inconveniences arising from these waiting times.

Extra tours are organized with a minimum of 20 participants. If sufficient participation is not achieved, excursions may not take place, or extra excursion prices, content and vehicles used may vary.

Additionally, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide according to whether museums and archaeological sites at the destinations are open or closed and according to weather conditions.

Extra tours are not mandatory.

Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the tour shall be deemed to have accepted waiting at an independent rest facility located along the route.

These passengers will be dropped off at the rest facility along the route at the beginning of the extra tour and picked up from the point where they were dropped off after the tour ends.

RECOMMENDATIONS

Comfortable walking shoes or sports shoes should be preferred throughout the trip.

You are advised to bring a cardigan or similar clothing for the evening.

Since all our excursions will take place during the day, you are advised to bring lip balm and a hat.

For your shopping, do not forget to bring a small bag and necessities such as a camera, spare memory card, charging kit and spare battery.

Guests who do not receive the Tour Confirmation Email cannot participate in our tour.

It is mandatory to provide the necessary contact information for the person making the reservation. Turilla Travel is not responsible for any possible problems that may arise if this information is provided to us incompletely. When making a reservation, you confirm that we have the right to use videos and photographs taken during the tour and inside the vehicle on our social media accounts.
