After our tours, we proceed to our hotel and settle into our rooms. In the evening, we join the Turkish Night program where we will fully experience Cappadocia's cultural atmosphere.

If a visit point cannot be visited due to security, weather, road conditions, official authority decisions, or force majeure, the agency may offer an equivalent or reasonable alternative where possible.

If a minimum participant number is anticipated for the tour, this number is specified in the tour program or pre-information form.
If the minimum participant number is not reached, the agency has the right to cancel the tour or propose alternative dates/services, adhering to the notification periods prescribed by legislation.
The optional rights of the participant in this situation are subject to imperative legislation.
Room allocation is made according to hotel availability and operational planning.
No guarantee is given for room number, floor, view, or specific rooms; however, this provision is reserved if a specific room feature is explicitly promised in writing during reservation.
In case of a single occupancy request, the single supplement fee determined for the relevant tour is collected.
Damages caused by the participant to the hotel, room, belongings, or facilities belong to the respective participant.
In cases of technical or operational issues originating from the hotel, the agency coordinates with the service provider, subject to fulfilling their obligations within the scope of legislation.
Due to mandatory operational reasons, accommodation facilities of equivalent or higher standards may be changed. The participant's legal rights are reserved.
Extra tours and activities are optional unless otherwise specified in the tour program.
The realization of extra services depends on the sufficient number of participants, weather and road conditions, suitability of local service providers, and operational conditions.
Cancellation and refund conditions for extra services purchased by the participant are determined according to the nature of the service and applicable legislation.
In extra services purchased voluntarily by the participant but not attended despite being available, the refund conditions of the service provider and conditions previously notified to the participant apply.
Extra tour prices may vary seasonally. In variable-priced extra services, the pricing conditions notified to the participant prior to reservation apply.
Participants not attending the extra tour are obligated to be present at the waiting or meeting point determined by the guide as safe and appropriate.
If the extra service is provided by a third party, the responsibility of the relevant service provider within their field of activity and the agency's obligations arising from legislation are reserved.
In some destinations, transportation to plateaus or special areas may be carried out by local cooperatives, minibuses, off-road vehicles, boats, cable cars, or other third-party service providers.
In these services, vehicle changes or program changes may occur due to capacity, weather conditions, road conditions, technical failures, or official decisions.
The participant accepts that these activities may involve risks different from standard urban transportation conditions, depending on the natural and geographical conditions of the destination.

Meals included in the tour price are specified in the tour program.
Meals not included are the responsibility of the participant.
In peak periods, groups may be seated at different tables in restaurants.
Menu contents may vary depending on restaurant capacity and regional conditions.
Special dietary needs, allergies, or intolerances must be reported to the agency during reservation. The agency does not guarantee that the request will be met by the service provider; however, they will forward the reported request to the relevant service provider.
The participant is obligated to evaluate whether the tour program is suitable for their health and physical condition.
In tours involving walking, stairs, sloping terrain, plateaus, nature areas, boats, cable cars, or similar activities, the participant should consider their personal health status.
The participant must report existing health conditions and those that may affect tour participation to the agency, to the extent necessary and in accordance with legislation on the protection of personal data.
The participant's liability is reserved for consequences arising from their own fault, incorrect health declaration, or failure to take necessary precautions.
In emergency health situations, the agency and guide may seek medical facilities or emergency assistance services as deemed necessary.
Depending on the characteristics of the tour, there may be tours where babies aged 0-2 years are not accepted.
Such a limitation is clearly specified in the tour program or pre-reservation information.
In baby or child reservations, it is mandatory to correctly report T.C. identity number/passport information and exact date of birth.
The participant is responsible for any consequences that may arise in insurance, transportation, accommodation, or official procedures due to incomplete or incorrect information.
The acquisition of legal guardian consent, permission letters, and other documents regarding the travel of participants under 18 years old is the responsibility of the relevant participant/legal guardian.

The participant is obligated to check the entry requirements of the country they will visit beforehand.
The participant's liability is reserved in case they cannot participate in the trip due to damage to the passport or ID, expiration date, photo mismatch, missing visa, deportation order, exit ban, criminal/administrative obstacles, or official authority decisions.
The decision to grant entry into the country or exit from the country at the border gate lies with the relevant official authorities.

The scope of insurance, coverage limits, exclusions, and claims processes are determined according to the insurance company's policy terms.
Situations outside the scope of insurance are outside the coverage of the insurance company.
The participant must review the policy terms and, if necessary, apply directly to the insurance company.
The agency does not replace the insurance company in assessing claims or compensation requests covered by the insurance company's policy.
Especially in Black Sea, plateau, nature, and similar tours, some routes or visit points may be temporarily closed due to heavy rain, fog, landslides, floods, road closures, falling rocks, icing, excessive snow, storms, and similar natural conditions.
In such cases, safety is prioritized and the program may be changed.
Participants are informed that there may be higher than normal congestion at traffic, border gates, museums, restaurants, hotels, and visit points during holidays, official holidays, festivals, concerts, sports events, and similar peak periods.
Reasonable delays and operational changes resulting from this congestion cannot be considered a breach of contract if there is no fault on the part of the agency.
Especially during holiday returns, arrival times in congested traffic areas like Istanbul are not guaranteed.

Insults, threats, fighting, physical attacks, harassment, disturbing public order, drug use, loss of control due to excessive alcohol, or other behaviors seriously disturbing other participants are prohibited.
An incident report may be drawn up against participants who do not comply with the rules.
If a participant needs to be removed from the tour for security or public order reasons, coordination with law enforcement or relevant official authorities may be provided to the extent possible.
