Starting from the point where Sir Stamford Raffles first set foot on land, we witness the contrast between historic quays and modern skyscrapers, and experience the vibrant atmosphere of the restored riverside shophouses as they exist today. We pass under Cavenagh Bridge, Clemenceau Bridge, and Anderson Bridge, while taking in panoramic views of key city landmarks such as Merlion, Raffles Landing Site, and Esplanade. After the tour, we transfer to the airport in our private vehicle for our Denpasar Bali flight. Following check-in procedures including ticket, passport, and baggage handling, we depart for Denpasar with a local airline. After approximately 2 hours and 50 minutes of travel, we arrive in Denpasar and transfer to Ubud via our private vehicle. Overnight stay at our hotel.

The Government of Bali will apply a Tourist Tax to foreign tourists traveling by air, sea, and land. The tax will need to be paid electronically and will not apply to Indonesian domestic tourists. All foreign visitors will be charged a tourism tax of 150,000 IDR (10 USD).
1- Our passengers will be able to fill in the data and pay the fee by logging into the Love Bali App via the Website or Mobile at https://lovebali.baliprov.go.id before arriving at the Bali arrival gate.
2- The payment method to be used must be credit card, bank transfer, virtual account, or QRIS.
3- If payment cannot be made via the Love Bali application, foreign tourists will need to make non-cash payments at Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) payment points at the airport.
4- When the transaction is successful, our foreign tourist passengers will receive a notification that the fee has been paid. After the payment is completed, our passengers will be able to enter the country.
PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT
This trip is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the last cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour start date. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your agency.

Every passenger traveling to Malaysia is required to create the Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) three (3) days before arrival by filling out the form accessible from the link below. This document, which will be sent to their email address, is necessary to facilitate passengers' arrival in Malaysia and speed up the entry process. To submit the Malaysia Digital Arrival Card, passengers must use the official online platform and provide the required information completely.
All passengers traveling to Malaysia are required to fill out and submit the Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) with their personal information via the form at the link below three (3) days before their flight departure date. Once completed, the MDAC is sent by email.

INDONESIA
Holders of ordinary passports are subject to visa on arrival in Indonesia. Holders of diplomatic, service, and special passports are exempt from visa requirements for travel to the said country.
You must have a passport valid for 6 months from the end date of the trip and not older than 10 years.
In destinations where a visa is required, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the “Documents Required for Visa” list that your agency will send to you for the visa application.
HEALTH
There is no vaccination requirement for entry into Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia. We do not think there will be any issue with the food that will negatively affect your health. We recommend not drinking tap water.
EXTRA TOURS & ACTIVITIES
Extra tours and activities are organized by the local agency we work with, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If the required number is not reached, tours may not be conducted, or the prices, content, and vehicle used for extra tours/activities may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of extra tours/activities may be changed by the guide depending on the opening/closing status of museums, archaeological sites, or venues at the destinations, and on weather conditions.
ACCOMMODATION
During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km.
Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed offered to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable and coach beds, participants are deemed to declare that they accept the possible tightness in the rooms and the bed type in reservations for the 3rd person and/or child.
Child discounts are valid for one (1) child staying with 2 adults and matching the age group specified in the pricing section.
Breakfasts included in the tour program and taken at the hotel are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country and generally consist of a limited menu, commonly referred to as continental breakfast, made up of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group for groups.
CURRENCY
Singapore’s currency (SGD) is the Singapore Dollar.
Malaysia’s currency (MYR) is the Ringgit,
and Indonesia’s currency (IDR) is the Indonesian Rupiah.
We recommend that you bring small denominations in EURO and Dollars with you during your trip.
TIME ZONE
There is a 5-hour time difference with Turkey in winter time and 4 hours in summer time between Southeast Asia, our destination, and Turkey. While it is 12:00 in Turkey, it is 17:00 in Kuala Lumpur.
CLOTHING and REQUIRED ITEMS
We recommend bringing T-shirts that can be easily put on and taken off, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton trousers, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, and a light jacket for the evenings. In addition, you may also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, a video camera, and their chargers and spare memory cards.
FOOD CULTURE
In Southeast Asia, chicken and seafood are quite common. Local spices are used in the meals, but throughout the tour you will find that the food suits your palate.
SHOPPING
In the countries mentioned, besides souvenirs, it is possible to find country-specific wristwatch products and natural food and beverage items. You can also obtain electronic items, etc. However, there are restrictions on bringing electronic goods into our country. Items above the limit are confiscated at customs.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for visa-required destinations/passports) does not necessarily mean that entry into the country will be allowed. The passport police have the authority to refuse you entry into the country. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.
The agency is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. On scheduled and special flights, there may be a risk of delay, or hours may change before the current trip and flight. The agency is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay airport tax and airport service fees.
Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours, conducted panoramically with guide narration from inside the vehicle, and do not include museum or archaeological site entries. The agency is not responsible for the inability to conduct panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, if they cannot take place on the day and time of the tour due to closures by local authorities, restrictions on visits or entry, or closed roads due to any event, or when weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot where possible, at points where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted.
