Air Montenegro and Budva Tour
TIVAT – BUDVA – PORTO MONTENEGRO – PERAST – KOTOR – CETINJE – VIRPAZAR – LAKE SHKODRA – SVETI STEFAN
NOTES
***Our tour program is organized on the condition that a minimum of 40 people participate. If sufficient participation cannot be achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notification date is 21 days before the tour departure. PCSTUR will notify participants of any tour canceled due to insufficient participation.
***In cases where only category information is provided without specifying names in the tour program and/or where there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by PCSTUR 48 hours before the trip departure.
***During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances farther than the stated kilometers. In such a case, PCSTUR will provide information 15 days before the tour departure date.
***Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and in these types of rooms, the bed allocated to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds consist of beds referred to as folding and coach beds, tour participants in reservations for the third person and/or children are deemed to have declared that they accept any possible crowding in the rooms and the bed type. Child discounts are valid for one child staying with 2 adults and belonging to the applicable age group.
***Among the services included in the tour program, breakfasts served at the hotel are offered in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and generally consist of a limited menu of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, known as a continental breakfast, and may be served for groups in a separate room allocated to the group.
***The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting no more than 2–3 hours, organized for the general introduction of cities and conducted panoramically with a guide's narration from inside the vehicle, without including museum or archaeological site entrances. PCSTUR is not responsible if panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, cannot take place on the relevant day and time because local authorities do not permit visiting or entering the sites, roads are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make it impossible to conduct the tour. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, where possible, at locations with closed roads or where vehicle entry is not permitted.
***Extra tours are organized by the local PCSTUR company from which we receive services, on the condition that a minimum of 20 people participate. If a sufficient number cannot be reached, the excursions may not take place, or the prices, content and vehicles to be used for extra excursions may vary according to the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide depending on whether museums and archaeological sites at the destinations are open or closed and on weather conditions.
***Extra tours are optional for participants and are not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest facility located along the route. These passengers will be left at a roadside rest facility before the extra tour begins and picked up from the point where they were left after the tour is completed.
*** PCSTUR is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delays on scheduled and special flights, or the times may change before the current trip and flight. PCSTUR is obliged to notify passengers of these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the trip by accepting the risk of a change in schedule.

ISTANBUL - TIVAT - BUDVA
Meeting with our valued guests at the international departures terminal of Istanbul Airport at least 3 hours before the flight. Following check-in, baggage and passport procedures, departure for Tivat on the airline’s scheduled flight. Arrival in Tivat according to local time. After completing passport procedures, we set off for Budva. In Budva, one of the most famous holiday destinations in the Balkans with its magnificent beaches and vibrant nightlife, we will take a walking tour after arrival, during which we will visit Stari Grad (the old city center) and the fortress. Afterwards, transfer to and check-in at our hotel. Guests who wish may enjoy Budva’s nightlife at the many beautiful restaurants and entertainment venues. Overnight at our hotel.

BUDVA (TIVAT-PORTO MONTENEGRO-PERAST-KOTOR)
After breakfast, an optional full-day Kotor and Fjords Tour (75 Euros). During this tour, we will see Tivat, Porto Montenegro, Kotor and Perast, and we will also take a boat trip to the island of Our Lady of the Rocks in Perast and return. We will first depart for Tivat and visit the Porto Montenegro marina, known for its luxurious development. Afterwards, we will explore Kotor, the touristic and historic city of the region, surrounded by white stones and illuminated by the Mediterranean sun, which is included on the UNESCO World Natural and Historical Heritage List, as well as the Bay of Kotor and the historic fortress city. Located in southwestern Montenegro and southern Croatia on the Adriatic coast, Kotor is Europe’s largest fjord after Norway and a natural harbor, consisting of four bays connected by narrow straits. The bare mountains surrounding the bay descend steeply toward the coast. After the Kotor city tour we will take together, you will have free time for personal sightseeing and activities, followed by a visit to Perast, the charming Baroque town famous for the small islands of the Bay of Kotor. In Perast, we will take a pleasant private boat trip to the island of “Our Lady of the Rocks,” visit the island and return. Perast is one of the most beautiful places in Montenegro for swimming in the sea; please do not forget to bring your swimsuit. After enjoying the sea and sun in Perast, we will return to Budva. Guests who wish may optionally participate in the Montenegro Night with live music in the evening. (75 Euros) During this tour, a special dinner will be served at a beautiful restaurant on the Budva coast, accompanied by live music and including limited drinks.
Menu: appetizer platter with cheese and dried meat, shopska salad, grilled sea bass served with potatoes and spinach sauce, dessert, 1 local rakija and 1 soft drink (wine/beer/cola, etc.). Guests who do not eat fish may change the main course to meatballs or chicken, provided that they notify us one day in advance. Overnight stay at our hotel.

BUDVA (CETINJE - VIRPAZAR - LAKE SKADAR - SVETI STEFAN)
Following breakfast, an optional half-day Budva Beaches, Petrocav and Sveti Stefan boat tour (75 euros). On this tour, we board our private boat from the Budva coast and begin our excursion, taking swimming breaks first at Sveti Nikola (Hawai) Island and then at Sveti Stefan Island. Continuing by boat, we arrive at the charming town of Petrovac. We spend approximately 2 hours on the private boat. Located on the Adriatic coast, the small tourist town of Petrovac is also one of Montenegro’s oldest coastal towns. We enjoy the sea and sun on the beaches of Petrovac. After lunch, which will be taken independently, we leave Petrovac and return by land in a private vehicle. On the way back, we see Sveti Stefan from the mainland this time, with its extraordinary scenery. Sveti Stefan, originally a fishermen’s settlement that was later nationalized and sold to a Singaporean hotel chain, and subsequently brought into tourism through restoration works, was a walled village in the 15th century. Sveti Stefan Island, which was a fishing town until the 1950s, was also visited at various times during the 1960s, 1970s and 1980s by celebrities such as Sofia Loren, Marilyn Monroe and Liz Taylor. We take a photo break at a place offering a panoramic view of Sveti Stefan and return to Budva.
*** Outside the sea season (during the spring-autumn-winter period), this tour will be conducted without a boat, by road, as the “Budva Beaches, Sveti Stefan, Petrovac and Stari Bar Tour.” Guests who wish may also join the optional afternoon Lake Skadar Boat Tour, Cetinje, the former Royal Capital of Montenegro, and Dinner at a National Restaurant Tour (110 Euros). On this tour, we will first travel to the charming town of Virpazar, where we will see Lake Skadar. In Virpazar, we will enjoy a pleasant excursion by private boat in Lake Skadar National Park. You will have the opportunity to taste Montenegro’s famous wines on the boat. It will be a wonderful privilege to see pelicans on the lake, which is the largest lake in the Balkans and is home to around 250 different bird species. After the boat tour on the lake, we will explore Cetinje, the former royal capital of Montenegro. Among the places we will see during our panoramic tour here are the former Turkish Consulate, the small Cetinje Square, the house of King Nikola and the historic Serbian Orthodox monastery. Dinner will be served at a famous national and local restaurant in Montenegro, accompanied by the sunset.
Menu: Seasonal salad, cheese platter, meat platter (beef) with boiled potatoes in sauce, and 1 large glass of local wine.
With this meal, we will have the opportunity to experience Montenegro’s local cheeses, meats and wines.
Guests who do not eat meat may change their main course to meatballs or chicken, provided that they inform us one day in advance. Overnight at our hotel.

Budva (Herceg Novi)
After breakfast, a free day with opportunities for shopping, sightseeing, and enjoying the sea and sun. In the morning, for guests who wish, an optional full-day Herceg Novi, Portonovi, Jumbo Shopping and Lovcen National Park Tour by Cable Car (75 Euros). On this tour, we will first visit the historic city of Herceg Novi, located on the Croatian border and famous for its natural beauty, vegetation and linden scent. We will explore the “City of Fortresses” Herceg Novi on foot. Among the places we will see are Nikola Durković Square, the Clock Tower, the Bloody Tower, Belavista Square, St. Archangel Michael Church, Forte Mare Fortress and the statue of King Tvrtko. After our walk, you can enjoy the sea and sun on the beaches of Herceg Novi. (Do not forget to bring your swimsuit.) We will then visit the Portonovi marina, one of Montenegro’s new luxury tourism investments. In the afternoon, on our way back to Budva, we will take a shopping break of approximately 1.5 hours at Jumbo Shopping Center. (Jumbo is closed on Sundays.) During the shopping break, guests who wish will be enchanted by the magnificent views of the bays of Kotor, Tivat, Risan and Herceg Novi from an altitude of approximately 1,316 meters in the Lovcen Mountains, reached by the new cable car. (An additional 35 Euros is payable for the cable car transfer and the ascent and descent fee.) Alternatively, for guests who wish, a full-day Mostar and Blagaj Tour with lunch (150 euros). For our guests who wish to see another country (Bosnia and Herzegovina) by setting aside just one day while visiting Montenegro, the Mostar tour is an attractive option. We depart from the hotel at around 7 a.m. After crossing the Bosnia and Herzegovina border, we first visit the magnificent Blagaj region, where we will see the Blagaj Dervish Lodge, Bosnia’s first tekke. We will have lunch at a special restaurant by the river. (Grilled fish, salad, beverage) We then proceed to the historic city of Mostar. During our walking tour of Mostar, we will see Ottoman monuments, the Koski Mehmet Pasha Mosque and the famous Mostar Bridge. Built by architect Hayreddin in 1557, the bridge is a masterpiece of Ottoman architecture. The bridge was destroyed by Croatian artillery during the war in 1992, but was reopened in 2004 with major contributions from the Republic of Türkiye. After the free time provided for personal sightseeing and activities, we begin our return journey. Overnight at our hotel.

Budva - Tivat - Istanbul
After breakfast, we depart for Tivat Airport. Following baggage drop-off and check-in, we fly to Istanbul on the airline’s scheduled flight. We arrive at Istanbul Airport at local time, marking the end of our tour.
