Baku Tour with a Jet
NOTES
***Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 40 people. In case sufficient participation for the trip cannot be achieved, the final cancellation notification date will be 21 days before the tour departure. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified by PCSTUR.
***In cases where only category information is provided without specifying names in the tour program and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by PCSTUR 48 hours prior to the tour departure.
***During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such cases, information will be provided by PCSTUR 15 days before the tour departure date.
***Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability; in these rooms, the bed allocated for the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable or convertible (known as coach beds), tour participants booking triple rooms for the 3rd person and/or children are deemed to have accepted any potential crowding in the room and the type of bed.
***Breakfasts included in the tour package are served according to the breakfast culture of the country visited, typically as a limited continental menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall dedicated to the group.
***Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction to cities, conducted from the vehicle with a guide's commentary, and do not include entry to museums or historical sites. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, may not take place if local authorities do not permit visiting or entering on the scheduled day and time, due to closed roads caused by any event, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible. In such cases, PCSTUR is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours. Some tours may be carried out via public transport or on foot, within available means, at points where road access or vehicle entry is restricted.
***Optional tours are organized by the local PCSTUR we work with, subject to a minimum participation of 20 people. If this number is not met, the excursions may not take place, or optional tour prices, content, and vehicles used may vary depending on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide based on the opening/closing status of museums and historical sites at the destinations and weather conditions.
***Optional tours are voluntary and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in optional tours organized during the trip are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at the roadside rest facility before the optional tour begins and picked up from that point after the main tour is completed.
***PCSTUR acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be risks of delays in scheduled and special flights, or flight times may change prior to the current trip and flight. PCSTUR is obligated to notify passengers of such changes as soon as possible. By purchasing the trip, the passenger accepts the risk of schedule changes.

ANKARA-BAKU
Meeting with our valued guests at the Ankara Esenboğa Airport International Departures Terminal at least 3 hours before departure. After completing ticket, baggage, and passport procedures, we will depart for Baku on Ajet Airlines' scheduled flight VF 577. Arrival in Baku at 15:35 local time. Following passport and ticket formalities, we will leave the airport to begin our city tour of Baku. Our city tour starts with İçeri Şeher (Old City), which was inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List in the year 2000. Upon reaching the Old City, our first stop is the Shirvanshah Palace, built by Ibrahim Halilullah in the 15th century. Other major sights include the Maiden Tower, with a history spanning 2,500 years, and the Friday Mosque. We will conclude our city tour by visiting the Bukhara and Multani Caravanserais. After the tour, guests who wish may join the Azerbaijan Night organized by our guide at an additional cost of 70 EUR. Following the tour, we will transfer to our hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Baku
After breakfast at the hotel, you will have free time. Guests who wish may join our optional guided tour to Gobustan and the Heydar Aliyev Museum for an additional fee of 90 Euros. We set off towards Gobustan, located 70 km south of Baku. As Azerbaijan's richest region in terms of archaeological heritage and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Gobustan lies near the Caspian Sea along the ancient Shirvan route and is also known as an open-air museum. It provides significant insights into prehistoric and medieval societal life, hunting practices, animals, and vegetation through its rock carvings and petroglyphs. Following this visit, we proceed to the Heydar Aliyev Museum. After the tour, we transfer back to our hotel for overnight accommodation.
BAKU – ANKARA
After breakfast at our hotel in the morning, rooms must be vacated. Free time until the time specified by your guide. Subsequently, transfer to the airport at the time arranged by our guide. After completing baggage and ticket procedures, we depart for Ankara on Ajet Airlines' scheduled flight VF 578 at 16:35. Arrival at Ankara Esenboğa Airport at 18:15 local time, marking the end of our tour.
