If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the latest cancellation notification date is 21 days before the tour departure. The cancelled tour due to insufficient participation will be notified by PCSTUR.
***In cases where only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying the name and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by PCSTUR 48 hours before the tour departure.
***During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at a distance greater than the specified km. In such a case, information will be provided by PCSTUR 15 days before the tour departure date.
***Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability, and in such rooms the bed allocated to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable and coach beds, the tour participant is deemed to have accepted the possible cramped space in the rooms and the bed type in 3rd person and/or child reservations. Child discounts are valid only for one child in the relevant age group staying with 2 adults.
***Breakfasts included in the tour program’s services and taken at the hotel are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and are generally offered as a continental breakfast with a limited menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and for groups they may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.
***Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of up to 2-3 hours, organized for the general introduction of cities and conducted panoramically from the vehicle with guide narration, without museum or archaeological site entries. PCSTUR is not responsible if these panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, cannot be carried out on the day and time of the tour due to reasons such as being disallowed by local authorities, closed roads due to any event, or if the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions. Some tours may be carried out by public transportation or on foot where possible, at closed roads or points where vehicle access is not permitted.
***Extra tours are organized by the local PCSTUR we receive service from, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If the required number is not achieved, the excursions cannot be carried out, or the prices, content, and vehicle to be used for extra excursions may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums and archaeological sites at the destinations and according to weather conditions.
***Extra tours are optional at the participant’s request and are not mandatory. Passengers who do not want to join the extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted waiting at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers are dropped off at a rest facility on the way before the extra tour starts and picked up from the point where they were dropped off after the tour is completed.
