Budva Tour with Turkish Airlines

***Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 40 people. If sufficient participation for the tour is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 21 days before the tour departure. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified by PCSTUR.
***In cases where, in the tour program, only category information is provided without specifying the name and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by PCSTUR 48 hours before the tour departure.
***During fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the stated km. In such a case, information will be provided by PCSTUR 15 days before the departure date of the tour.
***Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed allocated to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are folding beds and coach beds, tour participants are deemed to have accepted the cramped conditions in the rooms and the bed type in 3rd person and/or child reservations. Child discounts are valid for only one child, within the relevant age group, staying with 2 adults.
***Breakfasts taken at the hotel, which are among the services included in the tour program, are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and generally with a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.
***The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of the cities, conducted panoramically with guide narration from inside the vehicle, lasting at most 2-3 hours and not including museum or archaeological site entrances. PCSTUR is not responsible if the panoramic tours, including the other tours specified in the program, cannot be carried out on the day and time of the tour because local authorities do not allow visits or entry, or due to closed roads caused by any event, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, where possible, at points where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not permitted.
***Extra tours are organized by the local PCSTUR service provider with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If the required number is not met, the excursions cannot be carried out, or the prices, content, and vehicles used for extra excursions may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide depending on the open/closed status of museums and archaeological sites in the destinations and weather conditions.
***Extra tours are optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to join the extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted waiting at a suitable rest stop along the route. These passengers are dropped off at a roadside rest stop before the extra tour begins and picked up from the same point after the tour is completed.
***PCSTUR is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and private flights, or times may change before the current excursion and flight. PCSTUR is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. The passenger has purchased the tour accepting the risk of schedule changes.

Istanbul – Podgorica – Budva
Meeting with our valued guests at the international departures terminal of Istanbul Airport at least 3 hours before the flight. Following ticket, baggage, and passport procedures, departure to Podgorica at 07:50 by Turkish Airlines’ scheduled flight TK 1085. Arrival in Podgorica at 08:40 local time. After passport and ticket procedures, we leave the airport to take our city tour. We set off towards Budva. In Budva, one of the most famous holiday destinations in the Balkans with its magnificent beaches and vibrant nightlife, we will visit Stari Grad (the old city center) and the fortress during our walking tour after arrival. We then transfer to and check in at our hotel. Guests who wish may enjoy Budva’s nightlife at its many beautiful restaurants and entertainment venues. Overnight at our hotel.

Budva (Tivat-Porto Montenegro-Perast-Kotor)
After breakfast, an optional full-day Kotor and Fjords Tour (75 Euros). On this tour, we will see Tivat, Porto Montenegro, Kotor and Perast, and we will also take a boat trip to the Island of Our Lady of the Rocks in Perast. We will first depart for Tivat and visit the Porto Montenegro marina, renowned for its impressive development. Then we will tour Kotor, the region’s tourist and historic city, surrounded by white stone and illuminated by the Mediterranean sun, which is included on the UNESCO World Natural and Historical Heritage List, as well as Kotor Bay and the historic fortress city. Located in southwestern Montenegro and southern Croatia on the Adriatic coast, Kotor is Europe’s largest fjord after Norway and a natural harbor consisting of four bays connected by narrow straits. The bare mountains surrounding the bay descend steeply toward the coast. After the Kotor city tour we will take together, and following free time for your personal sightseeing and activities, we will visit Perast, the charming baroque town famous for the small islands of Kotor Bay. In Perast, we will take a pleasant private boat ride to the Island of “Our Lady of the Rocks,” visit the island and return. Perast is one of the most beautiful places in Montenegro for swimming in the sea; please do not forget to bring your swimsuit. After enjoying the sea and sun in Perast, we will return to Budva. Guests who wish may additionally join the Montenegrin Night with live music in the evening. (75 Euros) On this tour, a special dinner with limited drinks and live music will be served at a beautiful restaurant on the Budva seafront.
Menu: starter platter with cheese and dried meat, Shopska salad, grilled sea bass served with potatoes and spinach sauce, dessert, 1 local rakija and 1 soft drink (wine/beer/cola, etc.).
Guests who do not eat fish may have their main course changed to meatballs or chicken, provided they inform us one day in advance. Overnight stay at our hotel.

Budva (Cetinje- Virpazar- Lake Skadar- Bar- Sveti Stefan)
After breakfast, an optional half-day boat tour of the Budva Beaches, Petrocav and Sveti Stefan (75 euros). On this tour, we begin our excursion by boarding our private boat from the Budva coast. We take swimming breaks first at Sveti Nikola (Hawai) Island and then at Sveti Stefan Island. Continuing by boat, we arrive at the charming town of Petrovac. We spend approximately 2 hours on the private boat. Petrovac, a small tourist town on the Adriatic coast, is also one of Montenegro’s oldest seaside towns. We enjoy the sea and sun on the beaches of Petrovac. After lunch, which will be taken independently, we leave Petrovac and return overland by private vehicle. On the way back, we see Sveti Stefan from the mainland this time, with its extraordinary scenery. Sveti Stefan, once a settlement area for fishermen many years ago, was brought into tourism through restoration works after the island was nationalized and later sold to a Singaporean hotel chain. In the 15th century, it was a village protected by walls. Sveti Stefan Island, which was a fishing town until the 1950s, was also frequented for a time in the 1960s, 1970s and 1980s by celebrities such as Sofia Loren, Marilyn Monroe and Liz Taylor. We take a photo break at a location offering a panoramic view of Sveti Stefan and return to Budva.
*** Outside the sea season (during the spring, autumn and winter periods), this tour will be conducted without a boat and overland as the “Budva Beaches, Sveti Stefan, Petrovac and Stari Bar Tour.” Guests who wish may join the optional afternoon Lake Shkodra Boat Tour, Montenegro’s former royal capital Cetinje and Dinner at a National Restaurant Tour (110 Euros). On this tour, we will first depart for the charming town of Virpazar, where we will see Lake Shkodra. In Virpazar, we will enjoy a pleasant excursion by private boat in Lake Shkodra National Park. You will have the opportunity to taste Montenegro’s famous wines on the boat. It will be a wonderful privilege to see pelicans on the lake, which is the largest lake in the Balkans and is home to around 250 different bird species. After the boat tour on the lake, we will explore Cetinje, Montenegro’s former royal capital. Among the places we will see during our panoramic tour here are the former Turkish Consulate, the small Cetinje Square, King Nikola’s house and the historic Serbian Orthodox monastery. Dinner will be served at one of Montenegro’s famous national and local restaurants, accompanied by the sunset.
Menu: Seasonal salad, cheese platter, meat platter (beef) with boiled potatoes in sauce, and 1 large glass of local wine.
With this meal, we will have the opportunity to experience Montenegro’s local cheeses, meats and wines.

Budva (Herceg Novi)
Following breakfast, enjoy a free day with opportunities for shopping, sightseeing, and making the most of the sea and sun. In the morning, guests who wish may join the Extra full-day Herceg Novi, Portonovi, Jumbo Shopping and Lovćen National Park Tour by Cable Car (75 Euros). During this tour, we will first visit the historic city of Herceg Novi, located on the Croatian border and famous for its natural beauty, vegetation and linden scent. We will explore the “City of Fortresses,” Herceg Novi, on foot. Among the places we will see are Nikola Durković Square, the Clock Tower, Bloody Tower, Belavista Square, St. Archangel Michael Church, Forte Mare Fortress and the statue of King Tvrtko. After our walk, you can enjoy the sea and sun on the beaches of Herceg Novi. (Do not forget to bring your swimsuit.) We will then see the Portonovi marina, one of Montenegro’s new luxury tourism investments. In the afternoon, on our way back to Budva, we will take a shopping break of approximately 1.5 hours at Jumbo Shopping Center. (Jumbo is closed on Sundays.) During the shopping break, guests who wish will be enchanted by the magnificent views of the bays of Kotor, Tivat, Risan and Herceg Novi from an altitude of approximately 1,316 meters in the Lovćen Mountains, which they will reach by the new cable car. (An additional 35 Euros is payable for the cable car transfer and the ascent and descent fee.) Alternatively, guests who wish may join the full-day Mostar and Blagaj Tour with lunch (150 euros). For our guests who wish to see another country (Bosnia and Herzegovina) by setting aside just one day while visiting Montenegro, we depart from the hotel at around 7 a.m. for the appealing Mostar tour. Following our border crossing into Bosnia and Herzegovina, we will first visit the magnificent Blagaj region, where we will visit the Blagaj Dervish Monastery, Bosnia’s first tekke. We will have lunch at a special restaurant by the river. (Grilled fish, salad, drink.) We will then continue to the historic city of Mostar. During our walking tour of Mostar, we will see Ottoman monuments, the Koski Mehmed Pasha Mosque and the famous Mostar Bridge. Built by architect Hayreddin in 1557, the bridge is a masterpiece of Ottoman architecture. The bridge was destroyed by Croatian artillery during the war in 1992, but was reopened in 2004 with major contributions from the Republic of Türkiye. After the free time provided for personal sightseeing and activities, we will begin our return journey. Overnight stay at our hotel.

Budva - Podgorica - Istanbul
After breakfast at our hotel in Sabah, check out of the rooms. Free time until the time specified by your guide. Then transfer to the airport. After baggage and ticket procedures, depart for Istanbul on Turkish Airlines scheduled flight 1088 at 20:40. Arrival at Istanbul Airport at 23:25 local time, and the end of our tour.
