PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT
This tour is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, the final cancellation notice date is 20 days before the tour start date. The canceled tour due to insufficient participation will be communicated to you through your agency.

You must have a passport that is valid for 6 months from the end date of the trip and not older than 10 years.
For destinations requiring a visa, the visa application must be made with the documents specified in the “Documents Required for Visa” list that your agency will send ձեզ.
In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; such passports must be renewed, and if it is a country that applies a visa to T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
Since our guests under 18 years of age may be asked for a document showing the mutual consent of the parents by the police officer on duty at the country entry and exit points when traveling alone or with only one of their mother or father; we recommend that our guests under 18 and their parents pay attention to this matter.
HEALTH
We do not expect to encounter any health-threatening issues with meals taken in the region’s good restaurants and hotels. However, when you are not with the group, we recommend being careful about food and drink, definitely consuming bottled water, avoiding ice, milk, and dairy products, eating meat and fish products that you are sure are well cooked, and for fruit, eating fruits with peel that can be removed, such as bananas and pineapples. Current vaccination/PCR rules must be followed at country entry and upon return to the homeland.

OPTIONAL TOURS & ACTIVITIES
Optional tours and activities are organized by the local agency we receive service from with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people, and participation is not mandatory. If sufficient numbers cannot be reached, the trips cannot be carried out, or the prices, content, and vehicle to be used for optional tours/activities may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of extra tours/activities may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums, archaeological sites, or venues at the destinations and according to weather conditions.
ACCOMMODATION
During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at a distance greater than the stated km.
Triple rooms may be provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed provided to the 3rd person in such rooms may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are folding or coach beds, participants booking for a 3rd person and/or child are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible tightness in the room and the bed type.
Child discounts are valid for only one (1) child staying with 2 adults and falling within the age group specified in the pricing section.
Breakfasts taken at the hotel among the services included in the tour program are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited and generally with a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group.

The Eastern United States region is 8 hours behind Turkey in time zone.

CLOTHING AND REQUIRED ITEMS
If traveling in the summer season, we recommend bringing t-shirts that can be easily put on and taken off, short- and long-sleeved shirts, cotton pants, shorts, comfortable walking shoes, a light jacket for the evenings, and a thin sweater. In addition, you may also bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, earplugs against possible noise, a camera, a video camera, and their chargers and spare memory cards. In winter, we recommend clothing that allows comfortable movement and keeps you warm.
FOOD CULTURE
The country does not have a distinctive cuisine, and a fast-food-oriented culture prevails. However, you can see many culinary cultures in the states. Although Chinese cuisine is common, you can find Turkish cuisine dishes in many states. Although there is no food culture, its cuisine embraces many cultures.
ELECTRICITY
The electric current used in America is 110 volts. In Turkey, it is 220 volts. We recommend that you bring a plug adapter with you.
SHOPPING
Shopping opportunities are available in shopping centers located in city centers and in small businesses selling souvenirs.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Having a valid passport and/or having obtained a visa (for a visa-required destination/passport) does not mean that entry into the country is guaranteed. The passport police have the authority to deny you entry into the country. The agency is not responsible for this situation; responsibility belongs to the passenger.
The agency is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol dated 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and special flights, or times may change before the existing trip and flight. The agency is obliged to announce these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change. Children aged 0-2 do not pay field tax or field services fee
The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours of up to 2-3 hours, organized for the general introduction of cities and carried out panoramically from the vehicle with guide narration, excluding museum and archaeological site entrances. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, if they cannot take place on the day and time corresponding to the tour due to local authorities not allowing visits or entry, or due to closed roads because of any event, and likewise when the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions, Bin Rota is not responsible for the failure of such tours. Some tours may be carried out by public transportation or on foot, within possibilities, at points where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not allowed.
