***Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 40 people. If sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date will be 21 days before the tour departure. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified by Pcs Tur.
***In cases where only category information is provided without specifying names in the tour program and/or options are offered for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by Pcs Tur 48 hours prior to the tour departure.
***During periods such as trade fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such cases, information will be provided by Pcs Tur 15 days before the tour departure date.
***Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability. In such rooms, the bed allocated to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are folding or coach beds, tour participants (the 3rd person and/or children) are deemed to have accepted potential crowding in the room and the type of bed. Child discounts apply only for one child within the applicable age group staying with two adults.
***Breakfasts included in the tour package are served according to the breakfast culture of the country visited, typically as a limited continental menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall dedicated to the group.
***Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are sightseeing tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized to provide a general introduction to cities, conducted from the vehicle with a guide's commentary, and do not include entrance fees to museums or historical sites. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, may not take place if local authorities do not permit visits or entry on the scheduled day and time, if roads are closed due to any event, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible. In such cases, Pcs Tur is not liable for the inability to conduct these tours. Some tours may be carried out using public transport or on foot, depending on available facilities, at points where vehicle access is restricted or roads are closed.
***Optional tours are organized by the local Pcs Tur we work with, subject to a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not achieved, the trips may not take place, or optional tour prices, content, and vehicles used may vary based on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide depending on whether museums and historical sites at the destinations are open or closed, and on weather conditions.
***Optional tours are subject to the participant's choice and are not mandatory. Passengers who wish not to participate in optional tours organized during the trip are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at a roadside rest facility before the optional tour begins and will be picked up from that point after the main tour is completed.
***Pcs Tur acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be risks of delays in scheduled and special flights, or flight times may change prior to the existing trip and flight. Pcs Tur is obligated to notify passengers of any such changes as soon as possible. By purchasing the trip, the passenger accepts the risk of schedule changes.

ALSACE – EGUISHEIM – COLMAR – RIQUEWIHR – ALSACE
After breakfast at the hotel, you will have free time. Guests who wish may join an optional tour to Eguisheim, Colmar, and Riquewihr (100 EUR). Our first stop is Eguisheim, one of Alsace's charming towns. As you wander through its narrow, picturesque streets among houses adorned with colorful geraniums hanging from wooden windows and balconies, you'll feel as though you're losing yourself in stories from bygone eras. A member of the "Most Beautiful Villages of France" association since 2003, Eguisheim was voted "France's Favorite Village" in 2013. After our visit to Eguisheim, we proceed to our second stop, Colmar. Known for its colorful houses, flower-lined streets, and enchanting beauty, Colmar holds great significance as the starting point of the Alsace Wine Route. The canals that enhance Colmar's charm are tributaries of the Rhine River. The vibrant historic buildings lining the river, some dating back to the 12th century, are the city's most distinctive and notable feature. During our tour of Colmar, we stroll through its carnival-like streets, visiting St. Martin's Cathedral with its large stork nests, Rue Marchande (Merchants' Street), and the Petite Venise ("Little Venice") district. Our final stop on this tour is Riquewihr, Alsace's most famous village. With its harmonious blend of two-story half-timbered and concrete houses, each unique in color and shape, this quaint town of about 1,200 residents welcomes over 2 million visitors annually. In this wonderful city where history, culture, and nature intertwine, you won't be able to take enough photos. After the tour, we transfer back to our hotel for overnight accommodation. Depending on regional capacity, lodging may be arranged in nearby cities such as Mulhouse, Colmar, Strasbourg, Basel, Belfort, or Karlsruhe.
ALSACE–HEIDELBERG–BADEN-BADEN–ALSACE
After breakfast at the hotel, you will have free time. Guests who wish may join an optional tour to Heidelberg and Baden-Baden organized by our guide (85 EUR). Not all German cities are alike. If you want to experience a truly authentic German city, Heidelberg awaits you with its harmonious blend of architecture and nature. This serene, elegant, refined, and profound city was where Hegel pondered his thoughts while walking the streets and Goethe called his ideal city. During our arrival tour, we will visit Hauptstrasse, Marktplatz Square, the Old Bridge, and Heidelberg Castle (exterior view). Afterward, we proceed to our second stop, Baden-Baden. Located near the Germany-France border, this stylish, aesthetic, and tranquil city nestled in nature offers countless opportunities—from thermal baths to culture and art museums, opera houses and theaters, and even Europe's most famous casino. The renowned Russian writer Dostoyevsky set his novel "The Gambler," which draws on episodes from his own life, in this very city; thus, Baden-Baden also appeals to literature lovers. Following the tour, we transfer back to our hotel for overnight stay. Depending on regional occupancy, accommodation may be arranged in nearby towns such as Mulhouse, Colmar, Strasbourg, Basel, Belfort, or Karlsruhe.
After breakfast at the hotel, guests will have free time. Those interested may join an optional tour to Schaffhausen Rhine Falls, Zurich, and Lucerne (110 EUR), organized by our guide. Our first stop is the Rhine Falls. With a width of 150 meters and a height of 23 meters, Europe's largest waterfall offers a breathtaking experience as we walk around it accompanied by its enchanting sound. Afterward, we head to Zurich, Switzerland's largest city. Located on the shores of Lake Zurich and at the foot of the Alps, Zurich welcomes millions of tourists year-round with its rich history and vibrant culture. The city's name dates back to Neolithic and Bronze Age times; during the Roman occupation in the 2nd century AD, it was known as Turicum. In Swiss German, this evolved into "Zuri." According to recent data, Zurich is considered one of the most livable cities in Europe and is also referred to as the cultural capital of Switzerland. Upon arrival, we visit the Grossmünster and Fraumünster churches, as well as St. Peter's Church, which houses Europe's largest clock tower. We then stroll along Bahnhofstrasse, the city's main shopping street. After the tour, we proceed to Lucerne. In this enchanting city, we admire the Lion Monument, erected in memory of 800 Swiss soldiers who died protecting King Louis XVI and his family, the Chapel Bridge, and the stunning views of Lake Lucerne. Following the tour, we transfer back to our hotel for overnight accommodation. Please note that depending on regional congestion, lodging may be arranged in nearby towns such as Mulhouse, Colmar, Strasbourg, Basel, Belfort, or Karlsruhe.
