Turkish Airlines and Britain Tour
NOTES
***Our tour program is operated with a minimum participation requirement of 40 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notification date is 21 days before the tour departure. The tour canceled due to insufficient participation will be notified by Pcs Tur.
***In cases where only category information is provided without specifying names in the tour program and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by Pcs Tur 48 hours before the tour departure.
***During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the stated kilometers. In such a case, information will be provided by Pcs Tur 15 days before the tour departure date.
***Triple rooms are provided depending on hotel availability, and the bed assigned to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable or coach beds, tour participants are deemed to have declared that they accept the possible congestion in the rooms and the bed type in 3rd person and/or child reservations. Child discounts apply only to one child staying with 2 adults and falling within the relevant age group.
***Breakfasts included among the services in the tour program and taken at the hotel are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country visited, generally as a limited menu referred to as continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group for groups.
***Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of cities, conducted panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide commentary, lasting at most 2-3 hours and not including museum or archaeological site entrance fees. Pcs Tur is not responsible for the inability to carry out such tours if, on the day and at the time specified in the program, they cannot take place because local authorities do not allow visits or entry, or because roads are closed due to any event, or when weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot where possible, at closed roads or points where vehicle access is not permitted.
***Extra tours are organized by the local Pcs Tur from which we receive service, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If the required number is not achieved, the excursions cannot be carried out, or extra excursion prices, content, and the vehicle to be used may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of museums and archaeological sites at the destinations and weather conditions.

Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted waiting at an available rest stop along the route. These passengers are dropped off at a roadside rest stop before the extra tour begins and picked up again from the point where they were dropped off after the tour is completed.

On scheduled and special flights, there may be a risk of delay or the times before the current trip and flight may change. Pcs Tur is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible. Istanbul - London (City Tour)
On the first day of our tour, we depart from Istanbul Airport on Turkish Airlines’ scheduled flight at 15:25. After approximately 4 hours of travel, we land at London Gatwick Airport at 16:30 local time. After passport control and baggage procedures, we begin exploring London directly. During our panoramic city tour, we view many important landmarks from the outside, including Buckingham Palace, one of England’s most iconic structures, Hyde Park, famous for its lush greenery, and Big Ben, one of the country’s symbolic buildings, while gaining our first impressions of the city with our guide’s commentary. We take a short break at Trafalgar Square so we can rest a little and have something to eat. After the city tour, we transfer to our hotel and have free time.
London (Big London City Tour)
After breakfast, we embark on a full-day extra Grand London Tour for guests who wish to join. (120 £)
We begin our packed tour exploring both the historic and modern faces of London. Our first stop is the City of London, known as the financial center of the city. With roots dating back to Roman times, this area has managed to preserve its historic character despite being surrounded by skyscrapers today. Our walking tour starts at St Paul’s Cathedral, one of the oldest and most important religious buildings in the city. Designed by Sir Christopher Wren, this impressive cathedral is one of London’s most iconic structures, especially due to its massive dome. Continuing our tour, we view the Tower of London, one of London’s symbols, from a panoramic perspective. Built in the 11th century, this building has served throughout history as a palace, prison, and treasury. Right next to it, we take a photo break at Tower Bridge, which has become one of the symbols of modern London. As part of our City tour, we stop at Borough Market, one of the most popular street food destinations in London, for lunch, completing the first half of the day. After finishing the City of London tour, we move on to the City of Westminster, the political and royal center of London. Our first stop here is Buckingham Palace, one of the most important symbols of the British monarchy. Continuing our tour, we will see the Palace of Westminster, considered the political heart of England, and nearby Big Ben.
During our walking tour, we also view Westminster Abbey from a panoramic perspective. This historic site, where royal coronation ceremonies are held, is one of the most significant locations in English history. In the final section of our tour, we allow free time at Covent Garden, one of London’s liveliest squares. Guests who wish may explore the surrounding shops, spend time in cafes, or simply enjoy the city atmosphere. After meeting at the designated time, we return to our hotel, concluding our tour.

London - Windsor - Bath - Cardiff
After the breakfast we will have at the hotel, we set off for Cardiff, the capital of Wales, for an enjoyable day to explore different faces of Great Britain. Throughout our journey, as we proceed alongside England’s natural landscapes, you will feel that this route is not just a transit between cities but an experience in itself. For guests who wish, an additional Windsor & Bath tour (100£) is offered as an important alternative on this route. Our first stop with guests joining this tour is Windsor, one of England’s most historic and prestigious towns. After approximately 1.5 hours of travel, we arrive at this charming town, which stands out with its structure and historical fabric closely associated with the royal family. During the walking tour we conduct here, we have the opportunity to view Windsor Castle, one of the official residences of the British Royal Family and still actively used today, from a panoramic perspective. Stone streets, small boutique shops, and the peaceful atmosphere along the banks of the River Thames make Windsor not only a historical stop but also an enjoyable point of exploration. During the short free time provided in this section, guests can explore the surroundings, take photos, and feel the town’s tranquil rhythm. After our visit to Windsor, we turn our route toward Bath, one of England’s most characteristic cities. With its deep history dating back to Roman times, Bath resembles an open-air museum with its architecture and atmosphere. Upon arriving in the city, during the walking tour we conduct, you will see some of the region’s most important symbols: Pulteney Bridge, The Royal Crescent with its impressive architecture, and streets reflecting the city’s historical character. During this walk, it becomes clearly evident that Bath is not only historically significant but also aesthetically striking.
After our visit to Bath, we leave England and continue our journey toward the Wales region. From the moment we cross the border, you will notice that you have entered a completely different atmosphere, from architectural structures to urban planning. Upon our arrival in Cardiff, the capital of Wales, we begin the final exploration segment of the day. During the panoramic city tour we conduct in Cardiff, we have the opportunity to observe the city’s blend of modernity and its close connection to the sea. Among the sights to be seen during the tour are Mermaid Quay, one of Cardiff’s liveliest areas; Millennium Centre, which stands out with its contemporary architecture; and Pierhead Building, which holds historical significance. Cardiff - Stratford-upon-Avon - Birmingham - Chester
After breakfast at the hotel in the morning, we set off for Chester. Guests who wish may join our optional Stratford-upon-Avon – Birmingham tour (£100). After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Stratford-upon-Avon, one of the most important cultural and historical destinations in England. This town is of great significance as the birthplace and hometown of William Shakespeare, one of the most important figures in world literature. As we travel through the English countryside, we enjoy a pleasant route and have the opportunity to observe the country’s natural beauty up close. Upon arrival in Stratford-upon-Avon, we take a panoramic city tour and experience the historical atmosphere of this special town. We explore the area where Shakespeare’s birthplace is located, as well as the town’s characteristic architecture, stone houses, and peaceful streets. During this tour, with the guide’s explanations, we have the chance to learn important information about both Shakespeare’s life and the town’s place in the literary world. After our panoramic tour, guests are given some free time. During this time, guests may walk through the town’s streets, browse small souvenir shops, or simply enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the area. After the free time, we head to Birmingham, one of England’s most important industrial and commercial cities. Upon arrival, we take a panoramic city tour, during which we have the opportunity to closely observe Birmingham’s modern structure, advanced urban planning, and dynamic atmosphere. This tour is an important stop that allows us to discover not only England’s historical side but also its modern face. After the tour, we depart for Chester to rest after the day’s fatigue and for our overnight stay. At the end of our journey, we arrive at our hotel in Chester and check in after a full day spent experiencing different cultural and historical points.
Chester - Liverpool - Windermere - Glasgow
After our hotel breakfast, we begin the day by exploring Chester, one of the most characteristic cities in England. During our panoramic city tour in this city, which stands out with its historic texture and preserved architecture, we will see the Eastgate Clock Tower, one of Chester’s symbols, Chester Cathedral, which reflects the spirit of the city, and Grosvenor Street, famous for its shopping avenues. As we walk through Chester’s stone streets, you will realize that you are in one of the places where you can most clearly feel the classic urban structure of England. After our Chester visit, we turn our route to Liverpool, one of the first cities that comes to mind when it comes to music and culture. Upon arrival in the city, we have the opportunity to discover Liverpool’s most important points during our panoramic tour. In the port area, Albert Dock stands out as one of the most important areas reflecting the city’s commercial past, while the Beatles Story Museum, dedicated to the world-famous music group The Beatles, and the magnificent Liverpool Cathedral are among the sights to be seen. During our time in Liverpool, we have the opportunity to closely observe the city’s historical and cultural richness.
After our tour, an alternative program is offered for the Lake District, one of England’s regions famous for its natural beauty. Our guests who wish may join the Windermere Tour, offered as an extra option. (£80) On this tour, they will have the opportunity to enjoy a peaceful, nature-filled experience around Windermere, the largest lake in England. The region’s tranquil atmosphere, nature full of every shade of green, and lake views stand out as one of the most relaxing and impressive moments of the tour. We then continue our journey toward Scotland. As the scenery gradually changes along the way, you feel that you are crossing into a different geography. At the end of the day, we arrive at our hotel in Glasgow and check in. After this full day, during which we experienced both historic cities and cultural and natural richness, we rest, ready for our explorations in Scotland.
Glasgow – Edinburgh
After the breakfast we will have at the hotel, we begin the day by exploring Glasgow, one of Scotland’s most important cities. During the panoramic city tour we will take, we have the opportunity to see many important points that reflect Glasgow’s historical and cultural fabric. Among the city’s most remarkable landmarks is Glasgow Cathedral, which stands out for its architecture and history, while George Square, considered the heart of the city, and the historic buildings around it shed light on both Glasgow’s past and its present life. In addition, important structures such as City Chambers are among the places we will see during the tour. After our exploration of Glasgow, we turn our route toward Edinburgh, the capital of Scotland. During the journey, you will feel the landscape change, the architecture become different, and Scotland’s unique atmosphere become even more pronounced. Upon our arrival in Edinburgh, we begin our city tour. During this tour, we see one of the city’s most important symbols, Edinburgh Castle, from the outside and proceed along the Royal Mile, which reflects the city’s historical character. In addition, important structures such as the Scott Monument are among the places to be seen panoramically during our tour.
As we move through Edinburgh’s narrow streets and historic buildings, it is possible to feel the city’s distinctive mystical atmosphere. This atmosphere is one of the most important features that sets Edinburgh apart from other cities, and during this tour you will have the opportunity to experience this feeling up close. After our city tour, we transfer to our hotel. The rest of the day is free for relaxation and leisure. For those who wish, an extra Scottish Night tour will be organized in the evening accompanied by our guide. (£100) Within this program, there is an opportunity to get to know Scottish culture more closely and enjoy an enjoyable evening accompanied by traditional music and performances.
At the end of the day, we complete our program with accommodation at our hotel in Edinburgh. This day remains in memory as one of the most impressive parts of the tour in terms of city, culture, and atmosphere.
Edinburgh - Falkirk - Stirling - Kilmahog - Edinburgh
After breakfast at the hotel, we will have some free time. For guests who wish, we then depart for the extra Falkirk, Stirling, and Kilmahog tour (100 £), which brings together both the natural and historical beauties of Scotland. This special route offers the opportunity to discover different faces of Scotland throughout the day, while also providing an enjoyable journey accompanied by unforgettable scenery. Our first stop is the Kelpies sculptures in the Falkirk area, which have become one of Scotland’s modern icons. Inspired by horse figures, these massive sculptures attract attention with both their impressive structure and fascinating story. During the short break here, we will have the opportunity to see and photograph these unique structures up close.
We then continue to Stirling, one of the most important cities in Scottish history. Stirling is not just a city, but also one of the most significant stages of Scotland’s struggle for independence. As our guide shares stories of iconic figures in Scottish history such as William Wallace and Robert the Bruce, we gain a closer insight into the past of these lands. While learning about the traces of the Battle of Stirling and the importance of the Bannockburn Monument, we enjoy a journey immersed in history.
As the tour continues, we will see the Wallace Monument panoramically, and then proceed to the Kilmahog region, where we can be alone with nature. At this point, Scotland’s natural beauty begins to reveal itself in its purest form. With its shades of green, tranquil atmosphere, and soothing landscapes, Kilmahog becomes one of the most relaxing stops on the tour.
During the free time here, our guests may take a walk around the area, enjoy the natural beauty of the region, or visit the small souvenir shops. These moments are among the calmest, yet most enjoyable, of the tour.
At the end of the day, after this pleasant experience where nature and history are intertwined, we return to our hotel in Edinburgh. After spending the day in different atmospheres, we will stay overnight having felt the spirit of Scotland more closely.
Edinburgh – Istanbul
After breakfast at the hotel and checking out of the rooms, transfer to the airport at the time determined by our guide. Return to Istanbul on Turkish Airlines flight at 16:20 local time, arriving at 23:40, and the end of our tour.
