***Our tour program is carried out on the condition that at least 40 people participate. If sufficient participation cannot be achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notification date is 21 days before the tour departure. The tour cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified by.
***In cases where the hotel name is not specified in the tour program and only category information is provided and/or there are alternatives for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by 48 hours before the trip departure.
***During busy periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments and similar occasions, hotels may be used outside the specified kilometre distances. In such cases, will provide information 15 days before the tour departure date.
***Triple rooms may be provided depending on the availability of the hotels. In these rooms, the bed allocated for the third person may be smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed and 1 additional bed. Since additional beds referred to as foldable beds or coach beds may be used, the tour participant is deemed to have accepted the possible lack of space in the rooms and the bed type for third-person and/or child reservations. Child discounts are valid for one child who stays with 2 adults and falls within the relevant age group.
***The hotel breakfasts included in the tour program are generally served as continental breakfasts, in accordance with the breakfast habits of the country concerned. These breakfasts generally consist of a limited menu of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee and may be served in a room specially reserved for groups.
***The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are excursions lasting no more than 2–3 hours, intended to provide a general introduction to the cities, conducted panoramically from inside a vehicle accompanied by a guide’s commentary, and not including museum or archaeological site entrances. Panoramic tours and other excursions included in the program cannot be held responsible if they cannot be carried out because local authorities do not permit entry to or visits of the sites on the day and at the time of the tour, roads are closed due to an event, or weather conditions prevent them. Some tours may be conducted using public transportation or on foot, where possible, at locations where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not permitted.
***Extra tours are organized by the local from whom we receive services, on the condition that at least 20 people participate. If sufficient participation cannot be achieved, the excursions may not take place; additionally, extra excursion prices, content and the vehicle to be used may vary depending on the number of participants. Furthermore, the tour days and times may be changed by the guide depending on whether the museums and archaeological sites at the places to be visited are open or closed and on weather conditions.
***Extra tours are optional for participants and are not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra excursions organized during the tour are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers are dropped off at the roadside rest facility before the extra tour begins and are picked up from the point where they were dropped off after the excursion is completed.

Delays may occur on scheduled or charter flights; in addition, there may be changes to the times before the existing trip and flight. , is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible.
