***During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used farther than the specified km distances. In such a case, information will be provided by PCSTUR 15 days before the departure date of the tour.
***Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability, and the bed assigned to the 3rd person in such rooms is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. ***Breakfasts included in the tour program services are served in accordance with the breakfast culture of the country being visited and are generally offered as a limited menu called continental breakfast, consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated to the group for groups.
***Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours organized for the general introduction of cities, lasting at most 2-3 hours, conducted panoramically from inside the vehicle with guide commentary, and do not include museum or archaeological site entrances. PCSTUR is not responsible if panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, cannot be carried out on the day and time corresponding to the tour because local authorities do not allow sightseeing or entry, or due to closed roads because of any event, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot where possible on closed roads or at points where vehicle access is not permitted.
***Extra tours are organized by the local PCSTUR service provider we work with, with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If the required number is not met, the excursions cannot be carried out, or the prices, content, and vehicle to be used for extra excursions may vary depending on the number of participants. In addition, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide according to the opening/closing status of the museums and archaeological sites at the destinations and weather conditions.
***Extra tours are optional and not mandatory. Passengers who do not wish to join extra tours organized during the tour are deemed to have accepted waiting at a suitable rest area on the route. These passengers will be dropped off at a roadside rest stop before the extra tour begins and picked up from the point where they were left after the tour is completed.
*** PCSTUR is an intermediary institution between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be a risk of delay on scheduled and private flights, or the times of the current trip and before the flight may change. PCSTUR is obliged to notify these changes as soon as possible.
