***Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation of 40 people. In case sufficient participation for the trip is not achieved, the final cancellation notification date is 21 days before the tour departure. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified by Pcs Tur.
***In cases where the tour program provides only category information without specifying names and/or offers options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by Pcs Tur 48 hours before the tour departure.
***During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such cases, information will be provided by Pcs Tur 15 days before the tour departure date.
***Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability; in these rooms, the bed allocated to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of one large bed plus one additional bed. Since additional beds are foldable or known as coach beds, tour participants booking triple rooms for the third person and/or children are deemed to have accepted potential crowding in the room and the type of bed.
***Breakfasts included in the tour package are served according to the breakfast culture of the country visited, typically as a limited continental menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall dedicated to the group.
***Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction to cities, conducted from the vehicle with guide commentary, and do not include entry to museums or historical sites. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, may not take place if local authorities do not permit visits or entry on the scheduled day and time, due to closed roads caused by any event, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible. In such cases, Pcs Tur is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours. Some tours may be carried out using public transport or on foot, depending on available facilities, at points where road access or vehicle entry is restricted.
***Optional tours are organized by the local Pcs Tur we work with, subject to a minimum participation of 20 people. If this number is not reached, the excursions cannot be held, or optional tour prices, content, and vehicles used may vary based on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide depending on whether museums and historical sites at the destinations are open or closed, and on weather conditions.
***Optional tours are voluntary and not mandatory. Passengers who wish not to participate in optional tours organized during the trip are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at the roadside rest facility before the optional tour begins and picked up from that point after the main tour is completed.
***Pcs Tur acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be risks of delays in scheduled and special flights, or flight times may change prior to the current trip and flight. Pcs Tur is obligated to notify passengers of such changes as soon as possible. By purchasing the trip, the passenger accepts the risk of schedule changes.

Izmir - Berlin
Après le rendez-vous à 08h30 à l'aéroport Adnan-Menderes d'Izmir, nous embarquerons à bord du vol XQ 946 de Sun Express pour un départ à 11h35 en direction de Berlin. À notre arrivée à l'aéroport de Berlin à 13h40, nous commencerons notre visite guidée de la ville. Les sites à découvrir incluent l'avenue Kurfürstendamm, le Trocadéro (Gouden Leeuw), le palais Bellevue, le Parlement allemand, la porte de Brandebourg, la place Potsdamer Platz, le poste de contrôle Check Point Charlie, la tour de télévision, la cathédrale de Berlin et le mur de Berlin. Après avoir pris notre déjeuner librement, nous aurons le temps de flâner dans les magnifiques rues de Berlin. Ensuite, transfert vers notre hôtel et moment de détente. Nuit à l'hôtel.
Berlin-Prague
Après le petit-déjeuner, nous partons vers Prague. Les invités qui le souhaitent peuvent rejoindre notre excursion supplémentaire à Dresde (40 €) en cours de route. Nous commençons notre visite guidée par le centre-ville magnifique de cette ville, située à 160 km de Prague sur les rives de l'Elbe, surnommée la « Florence de l'Elbe », reconstruite après la Seconde Guerre mondiale et célèbre pour son architecture baroque. Au cours de la visite, nous découvrirons la Frauenkirche, le palais du Zwinger, la terrasse Brühl, la voie royale, la rivière Elbe et la statue de Martin Luther. Ensuite, dans l'une des plus belles villes d'Allemagne, classée au patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO, nous aurons un temps libre pour faire du shopping et flâner. Après cette excursion, nous repartons vers notre hôtel à Prague. À notre arrivée, nous effectuerons nos formalités d'enregistrement avant de passer la nuit dans l'hôtel.
PRAGUE
Après le petit-déjeuner pris à l'hôtel, vous disposerez de temps libre. Les invités souhaitant peuvent participer à la visite de Karlovy Vary (60 €). Cette ville, autrefois fréquentée par la société du XVIIIe siècle et les hommes d'État, offre une nature unique où se dressent des dizaines de magnifiques palais construits côte à côte. Nous visiterons l'hôtel où Atatürk a séjourné en 1918, ainsi que les demeures de personnalités telles que Dvořák, Mozart, Goethe, Beethoven, Pierre le Grand et Pouchkine. Nous découvrirons également les galeries thermales où jaillissent douze sources différentes. Ensuite, un temps libre sera accordé selon l'horaire fixé par notre guide. Durant cette période, vous pourrez flâner dans les boutiques proposant du cristal, de la porcelaine, des grenats, de l'ambre et d'autres souvenirs traditionnels tchèques avant de faire vos achats. À l'issue de la visite, un transfert nous ramènera à l'hôtel. Le soir, vous aurez la possibilité de rejoindre, sur option supplémentaire proposée par notre guide, la soirée « Nuit Tchèque » (65 €). Dans l'un des charmants restaurants de Prague, vous profiterez d'une soirée animée avec musique, spectacles de danse locale et dîner. Au cours de ce programme festif incluant repas, vous découvrirez la musique tchèque, les danses folkloriques et les instruments traditionnels, le tout agrémenté de diverses animations pour passer une nuit inoubliable. La nuit sera passée à l'hôtel.
PRAG-ISTANBUL
Le matin, après le petit-déjeuner et les formalités de départ, notre transfert vers l'aéroport commence à l'heure fixée par notre guide. Après les procédures d'embarquement et de douane, nous prenons le vol XQ 825 de Sun Express Airlines à 15 h 40 en direction d'Izmir. Nous arrivons à l'aéroport international Adnan-Menderes à 19 h 15, heure locale, marquant ainsi la fin de notre voyage.
